It really makes my day when people take the time to leave level-headed and reasonable comments like this.

I appreciate that you did not waste my time or yours simply asking for help with something that is probably very simple to resolve.

Obviously if you're having a problem with an app you paid for and have been using for 4 years, the logical and reasonable thing to do is rate it down and abandon it.

It's like when the car I had was making this banging noise: did I ask for help? Hell no! I drove that 4-year-old junk-heap into the lake and sent Honda a nasty email - like an adult.

I mean, what other recourse do you have, right!?

It's not like you can email me directly from within the app.

It's not like I respond to every single email I get.

It's not like you can send a bug report directly from within the app.

It's not like I check bug reports every single day and try to fix every problem I find.

NOPE! Too bad I don't do those things leaving you absolutely no option but to leave a negative rating.

I apologize for not preemptively fixing the problem I did not know you would have.
