Overall, great app but would be nice to be able to more easily manage groups by deleting, etc.

Living Davida Loca - Thanks dude! You'll be happy to know that you can, in fact, delete groups!

Just long-press on a group to delete the whole group or long-press on a single Trek in your groups to delete just that one item.

I have no idea what "etc" would be, but you can also move and rename your groups and Treks.
