Doesn't seem to find the right stops and is very limited in finding stops.

Shaun of the Dead - I'm not sure what you mean by it not finding the right stops. Seems fine to me. Care to email me?

As for being limited in finding stops - well, that's kind of the point.

This is the free version. Some things are limited. Like finding stops.

When you search for stops you should see a nice, big message that reads something like:

"Limited Feature - TreKing 4 Free only plots the very first bus stop it finds for CTA buses, which not necessarily be the closest."

So it's all right there. What's the problem?
