Are the times really just "estimates"? I thought all busses have GPS.

Mighty Jo Young - Yes and yes. All predicted times are "estimates".

While the predictions are generated by the respective transit agency using GPS, it does not guarantee 100% accuracy.

Many factors are at play that may result in buses arriving sooner or later than predicted.
