The app works amazingly. The low rating is for the way they respond to their customers.

App works amazingly but you deduct 60% of the stars for this silly blog!? That is one skewed rating system you got there!

But you what? I think I know where you're coming from!

I thought the Dark Knight was an amazing movie, but I would rate it 1 star since I found out Christian Bale is kind of a douche!

No, but seriously, my friend ... you do realize that about 97% of the nonsense I post on here is supposed to be taken as a joke, right?

Just having some fun with what I perceive to be strange, funny, or unreasonable reviews (*cough cough*). I call it "customer service"!

I mean, have you read some of the "reviews" I've responded to!? Some of these people are mean, man! I'm just defending myself!

Reasonable reviews get reasonable responses - silly reviews get silly responses. Seems fair to me!

Eye for an eye and tooth for a left ass cheek, as the saying goes.

Remember, it's supposed to be all in good fun, so don't take this too seriously! (Though I don't blame you if you don't find this funny - I know I don't!)

Side-note: ever been to Ed Debevic's? If not, you should go - you would absolutely love it!
