I hate this app! Sucks! I'm actually thinking about upgrading my phone so I can get my chicago transit tracker app back

See, if you would just email me and let me know the specific issues you're having, I would do my best to resolve them for you.

However, with zero information and no way to contact you, I'm just going to post a stupid response like this (sorry ...):

Rest assured that I am going to take in all of this extremely useful feedback in to improve the app!

This will not be difficult at all since you have so masterfully explained what has caused you such anger!

Obviously I do not need to know what specific issues you are having that have elicited such a passionate response!

Everything is crystal clear to me since I can just feel what problems you're having - with the "hate" and the "Sucks" and the exclamation points, oh my!

I will have all of this fixed in a jiffy, don't you worry!

In the meantime - while I'm updating this non-sentient piece of software so you don't hate it or think it sucks - please consider that if you need to upgrade your phone to run another bus tracker app which doesn't even do half of what this app does ... then ... um ... maybe it's your phone that sucks ... ?

Just saying ... something to think about ... hmmm ... ?
