Gave in and installed update, no arrivals and refresh failed on every route. Uninstalled & reinstalled still w/no improvement. Hopefully will pass

What phone model? What Android version? Which transit systems? Which routes / stops? ASL? Is that an Android in your pocket or are you just happy to see me!?

These are just a few of the questions I would need answered to even begin investigating your problem!
