Title:          Tverberg’s theorem for cell complexes

Abstract: The topological Tverberg theorem states that for any affine map from (d+1)(r-1)-simplex to the d-dimensional Euclidean space, there are pairwise disjoint r faces of the simplex which have a point in common in the images whenever r is a prime power. We generaliza this result to maps from certain CW complexes, including all simplicial ((d+1)(r-1)-1)-spheres. This is joint work with Sho Hasui, Masahiro Takeda and Mitsunobu Tsutaya.
