The submission of manuscripts is restricted and is permitted only under invitation of the organizers. The topics of the journal are described here and manuscripts in the area of combinatorics and applications are welcome.
The manuscripts will be reviewed according to the usual standards of TOC. A "manuscript type" in the journal online submission system will allow participants/speakers to submit their papers under the "manuscript type" .
