Map Skills Final Project

For this project you will create a PLACE on the map of your choice. It can be a PLACE/ MAP of your home, treasure map, city, state or country; you get to decide.

Your PLACE/ MAP must contain the following:

1. Cardinal Directions Compass (North, South, East and West)

2. Longitude and Latitude Lines

3. SYMBOLS with a KEY to explain their meaning

4. Somewhere on the map you also need a GLOBE and need to show where your place is located on GLOBE. (which CONTINENT)

5. Your GLOBE must also show WHERE the EQUATOR and PRIME MERIDIAN are located.
