Relax is the best medicine for all kinds of diseases. Relaxation can be achieved by the means of senses.
As we tend to use the senses in a particular way and purpose, if we deviate from that it gives us relaxtion.
just like always grinning people go for a early morning walk and joing laughing clubs. wht they do is laugh
aloud sitting in relaxed position. just laugh?! No they make laughing sound. it will not be useful.
One has to have a subject matter to laugh about... so create some healthy subject matter to evaporate
the grin from ur face.
similarly everyday we see our labs, classrooms etc filled with dust and dirt. seeing some serene picture
gives relaxation for the eys ... so let toast our selves in the beautiful mauntain scape to get relax 4 EYES.
