Scouting Skills Outing

November 11-13, 2022

Friday: Scouts will meet at the Camp Manatoc Administration Building Parking Lot on Friday, November 11 at 5:30 pm. We will stay at Forester Lodge (Small side).

Saturday: The older Scout patrol has prepared a day full of fun activities to teach a variety of Scouting skills and provide a team building opportunity for the younger patrol. There will be First Aid presentation and relay, cooking competition with bonus ingredients, geocaching/orienteering program, and obstacle course. Scouts will also practice encampment skills including site selection, proper tent set-up, knife/axe safety and rope knot review.

Sunday: Scouts will prepare breakfast and are to be picked up at Camp Manatoc. Pickup time will be sent out via group text message.

Please complete the permission slip and return to a Committee Member by Nov 3.
