動物の被食防衛

    動物は天敵から身を護るために様々な防衛手段を有します。身を護る方法として、化学防衛、物理防衛、行動防衛、形態防衛、生理防衛などが知られています。主に昆虫類(鱗翅類、甲虫類、ハチ類、カメムシ類、カマキリ類など)の被食防衛行動をこれまで研究してきました。被食防衛機能を実証するための捕食者として、オサムシ類、コマユバチ、カマキリ、造網性クモ類、カエルなどを使用してきました。
