 ... remember ... the workshop game design will (in 2016) have mathematical curiosity as its main topic, and focus on means to establish educational goals, in a variety of curricula, proceeding from the distiction between mechanism and realism in mathematics teaching, as identified in KNAW studies, as well as in computerbasedmath.org. The workshop and assignment(s) will be presented by Marek van de Watering and (hopefully)  Pim Bellinga (from I HATE STATISTICS), who will invite you to reflect and draw on your own learning experience(s). For example, how would you characterize the survival value of mathematics ... The product, either a storyboard, a mood board, or a portal design, will be presented by the participants in a short pitch!
