One thing on the public transport is that the 52K green minibus doesn't actually go to Ping Yeung village but to Ping Che Road, from where it's quite a long and involved walk to Ping Yeung. Don't take this minibus.

The bus that does go to Ping Yeung is the (unnumbered I think) red minibus that leaves from the playground next to the Better Ole, on the hour and half hour I think. Get off in the village and it's a 5-minute walk.

Driving Instructions, take the Heung Yuen Wai Tunnel, Ping Yeung exit (after Sha Tau Kok Road but before Heung Yuen Wai Port). At the roundabout turn left for Ping Yeung. After 100m there's a grand village archway. Turn right just before the archway on a dirt road leading to a clearing. Park here. The pavilion is just beyond the parking area.
