Educational Philosophy
I believe together we have the ability to create a productive 21st Century learning environment, which allows students to take advantage of the digital world. The classrooms are equipped with the electronic components, which assist educators of today with the tools to better educate the adults of tomorrow.
I believe utilizing the technological classroom tools permits one to display information, which is of more interest to the student. For example implementing the visual stimuli into a lecture allows the students to better equip themselves with tools to correlate classroom curriculum as well as permits the student to build their cognitive skills.
Using this method and other strategies I hope to help the student retain and maintain a knowledge base, which will permit the individual to gain a better understanding of information. I believe continually redeveloping the lesson plans will permit one to define ones style of differentiating instruction.
My pedagogical perspective on how to deliver the curriculum allows the method of delivery to continually be adjusted to meet the needs of every student in the classroom. Meeting individual student needs allows the student to understand that the teacher sees the challenges he/she faces in the classroom, thus permitting communication dialogue between student, parent/guardian and teacher.
