When working with students who have a broad range of learning styles; one must have the ability to change teaching styles multiple times during the delivery process to ensure each student has the same advantage as their fellow classmates. This can be achieved by changing how the material is presented.
For example; if a student is setting in your blended classroom and needs the information broken down a little bit more than the other students; you can handout guided notes, but one or many of the guide notes you handout to one or many of your students will be more detail oriented. Although this may seem a bit over the top; one should always remember that students need to stand out as a unique individual and cannot be lumped into on large group with expectations equal across the board.
