The Sam Nunn School of International Affairs provides a fixed number of $1,000 grants to support students participating in unpaid internships or attending academic seminars and conferences.
Eligibility: You must be a declared and enrolled Nunn School undergraduate or graduate student.
Your application for an INTERNSHIP GRANT should include:
A brief letter of application stating your needs for the grant. Include the organization name and website URL, a description of the internship for which you have applied, and its relevance to your career plans.
An official internship offer letter/email from the organization for which you will intern. The offer letter should include contact information, describe the type of work you will perform, the start and end date of the internship, and how many hours you will work each week.

Applications are submitted through a Microsoft Form available as announced.
Unpaid Internship Grant Deadline: Prior to the end of Registration Phase II. Specific deadlines are mentioned in the semester announcement.
Your application for a PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT TRAVEL GRANT should include:
A brief letter of application stating your needs for the grant. Include the event name, organizational sponsor, an estimated budget, and explain the relevance of your participation in the conference/workshop to your career plans.
Dates of the conference/workshop and the event website.
