For the Pop Art assignment due December 16th, please just create a black and white line drawing using the tutorials I have created for you. The color part of your Pop Art we will complete after we get back in January 2021.
STOP AND READ: For grading this first Fall 2020 semester, just work through tutorials 1 through 6. We will do the rest of the face, hair etc. with color after break.
GOALS for POP ART ASSIGNMENT: Students will have the following opportunities to learn
How to create a Self Portrait illustration in a pop art style in Adobe Illustrator
Further mastery of Illustrator and how to work with vectors
How to create a color pallet with a spreads of values within that pallet
An important and frequently referenced style and period of Art & Design History and how that period of art helped change a nation
Names and works of influential Pop Artists
