Below are some links to assignments . We have to learn the Office 365 suite, and you will learn some basics of Creating Websites, making those websites look good, understanding some basics of coding and how the world of social media, technology, and computer science drives our society and the ethics around that.

Do this at the start of every class period for 10 minutes.

Post screen shots of your successes and improved timing on your website under a new page you will create titled Typing.
We will be working all the way through the Advanced section this semester.
This week every student needs to make a website. Be sure to email me your website link stating clearly in the email what period and class you are in.

Then click the forward arrow and step through the assignment. Make sure you are taking screen shots every time it tells you that you solved a step in the puzzle.
Post those milestone steps to your website along with the certificates of completion.

We will be using the two new links: Python Character Input Site and The De-Bugger Site.
Go to the Python Character Input site and follow exercise 1. Input on the De-Bugger Site. The De-Bugger site is where we will practice running our programs.
Make sure you save the code you have written in a Word File Named Beginning Python Code so you can save it to build on next time.

This is an introduction to cyber security. Cybersecurity is a huge growing career field that has high pay right out of college. We are going to explore what cybersecurity is and why we need it. There will be a series of articles that will be added below on an ongoing basis as this lesson will be impacted daily by current events throughout the semester. After watching the What Is A Bot? video and reading the article from the Atlantic, Please take the short comprehension quiz. Stop the video and take notes on the definitions as those are on the quiz.
