Keefe Knitting for Beginners Class

Keefe Tech from 6:30-9. Tuesdays, October 7 - November 18, 2025.

Knitting is a creative, relaxing pastime that can be enjoyed by anyone. Have fun while making unique gifts for friends, family, yourself, or charity.

This class is designed for those who are new to knitting and for those who need a refresher course. The instructor will teach you basic knitting skills and discuss different types of yarn and knitting tools. After learning the basics, students will work on knitting a scarf.

For the first few classes knitting supplies (needles, yarn, and instructions) will be provided by the instructor. Any additional supplies for projects will be your responsibility.  We will discuss possible projects and necessary supplies in class. You can also bring your own patterns.
