Throughout history there have been improvements made to automobiles that have often improved travel. Improvements made have increased fuel efficiency, made vehicles safer, increased comfort, decreased time of travel, decrease prices, etc... There have also been changes made to vehicles that appear to be able to improve them, but we soon find out that there are errors. Overall the quality of automobiles has increased even if we are now seeing the improvements made slowly. The same has happened with education. Over the past few centuries there have been changes made to public education that have increased the quality of education and allowed it to be accessible to more and more people. There have also been changes made that we come to find out are ineffective and sometimes hurt education and students. There has been a constant cycle of trial and error in education that has helped education to progress although it appears to not be progressing now, we need to keep providing changes so that we can improve the quality of learning that our future generations are receiving.
