Break into sanchin stance.
(As slow as possible)
slowly transition into cat stance with a right base foot.
Left foot comes across, and into the front.
(Full speed, continuous smooth movement)
Break into left forward leaning stance (zenkutzudachi) with a left rising head block (jodan uke).
Right rising elbow strike.
Grab energy, right falling elbow strike.
Right hand crosses chest with arm parallel to ground with palm out.
Right hand grab, then horizontal empi to right.
Right backfist to right (with a left hand circular parry/block).
Look back, right reverse koken (wrist strike) backwards.
Look forward, right inverted shuto to throat.
Repeat catstance and sequence from opposite side.
-After the left inverted shuto to throat.
Pivot left into zenkuchudachi
