Louisa Atkinson Mazzotti was born on 20 March 1855 in St Benedict's Road, Heigham, Norwich. She was Caroline's second child. Her father was probably James Atkinson, at whose house on Kett's Hill, Thorpe, Norwich, Caroline was staying when the 1851 census was collected.
Caroline died on 20 January 1861. Louisa was brought up by her aunt Rosina.
On 7 April 1861, when the census was collected, Louisa lived with her aunt Rosina, her uncle Richard Bowles Skipper and her cousins Rosina and Eleanor at Jouell's Buildings, Hall Road, Lakenham, Norwich. Her brother Charles was a servant in South Lynn.
On 2 April 1871, Louisa Atkinson, born in London, was a servant at the house of Emma Spanton in Heigham, Norwich. Was this Louisa Atkinson Mazzotti?
Louisa Mazzotie, a domestic servant, married Walter Harcourt, a bricklayer's labourer, in Norwich on 26 March 1878. Her father's name on the marriage certificate was James Mazzotti, deceased, public singer. In the 1861 and 1871 census, James Atkinson was a vocalist.
On 3 April 1881 Louisa lived at St John Timberhill, Norwich with her husband and their two children Arthur S. and Louisa M. Walter was a bricklayer and labourer and Louisa was a horse hair weaver.
On 4 April 1891 Louisa lived in Heigham, Norwich, with her husband and their six children.
On 31 March 1901 the family lived in Salford Street, Heigham, Norwich. There were 9 children. Two of the children were Elisabeth and Violet, of whom there is a photograph.
In 1911 Louisa and her husband Walter still lived at Salford Street, with their daughters Elisabeth, Violet and Lily. The census notes they had 12 children, of whom 3 died.
Louisa died on 25 February 1931 in 51 Adelaide Street in Norwich. Her daughter Savina, of 324 Derby Road, Birdholme, Chesterfield, was present at her death.
