Eleanor Lydia Skipper was Rosina Mazzotti and Richard Bowles Skipper's second child. She was born on 25 April 1855 on Cow Hill, St Giles, Norwich. Her father was a whitesmith.
In 1861 she lived at Jouell's Buildings, Hall Road, Lakenham, Norwich, with her parents and her elder sister, Rosina.
In 1871 Eleanor Lydia was a dressmaker and lived in Northumberland Street, Heigham, with her parents, her sister Rosina and her little brother, Richard.
Eleanor Lydia married with John Hupton Parker on 10 November 1874 at St Clement's Baptist chapel. They both lived in Dove Street, St John Maddermarket, Norwich.
They had a son, Harry John Parker, who was born in Norwich in the third quarter of 1875.
Eleanor Lydia Parker died of tubercular meningitis on 20 August 1880 in Brunswick Road, Heigham. Her husband, who lived at St Catherine's Plain, St John de Sepulchre, Norwich, was present at the death.
In 1881 her husband and son lived with Rosina Bowles and George Power Bell at 129 Northumberland Street, Heigham.
