Rosina Bowles Skipper was Rosina Mazzotti and Richard Bowles Skipper's first child. She was born on 4 May 1853 at St Laurence, Norwich. Her father was a whitesmith.

Rosina Bowles married with George Power Bell, a gas fitter, on 13 June 1876 in the parish church of Heigham.
They had no children at the time of the 1881 census. They lived at 129 Northumberland Street, Heigham.
Rosina Bowles and George Power Bell had their first child, Rosina Grace Bell, in the third quarter of 1881.
In 1891 Rosina Bowles lived in 37 Northumerland Street, Norwich, with her husband and daughter. George Power Bell was a bell hanger and gas fitter.
In 1901 the family lived at 39 Helena Road, Heigham, Norwich. Rosina Grace was a dressmaker and Rosina Bowles and George also had a son, George Harry P. Bell, born in the second quarter of 1892.
Rosina Bowles Bell died of a tumour on 6 December 1910 in 43 Helena Road, Norwich. Her husband was present at the death.
