Rosina Mazzotti was the third daughter. She was probably born in 1825. No baptismal record has been found.
Rosina was mentioned in the 1841 census, collected on 6 June, together with her mother and her sisters Maria and Caroline. She was a dress maker.
In the 1851 census, collected on 30 March, she lived in St Faith's Lane, St George Tombland, Norwich, with her brother Charles, aged 11. This was probably Caroline's son, but he was born in 1845, so he would have been 6.
Rosina Anastasia Mazzotti got married on 27 December 1852 with Richard Bowles Skipper. Both were from St Laurence, Norwich. Her father was John Mazzotti, artist.
In the 1861 census, collected on 7 April 1861, Rosina Skipper lived in Jouell's Buildings, Hall Road, Lakenham, Norwich, with her husband, her daughters Rosina and Eleanor and her niece Louisa. She was a dress maker.
In the 1871 census, collected on 2 April 1871, she lived in Northumberland Street, Heigham, Norwich, with her husband, two daughters and son Richard.
On 26 April 1875 Rosina Anastasia Skipper died in 32 Jenkins Road, Brightside, Sheffield. Her husband, Richard Skipper, an engine fitter, was the informant of her death.
