Nick Williams of Norwich HEART wrote 'The Blue Plaques of Norwich', published by Norwich HEART in 2010. My contribution about Pellegrino Mazzotti was highlighted in Derek James' article in Norwich Evening News on 8 December 2010.
Jacob Simon of the National Portrait Gallery made an online directory of British bronze sculpture founders and plaster figure makers 1800-1980. Don't miss the introduction on plaster figure makers.
'Mapping the Practice and Profession of Sculpture in Britain and Ireland 1851-1951' is a study of sculptors, related businesses and trades investigated in the context of creative collaborations, art infrastructures, professional networks and cultural geographies. The Mapping Sculpture project is a partnership between Glasgow University, the Victoria and Albert Museum and the Henry Moore Institute. During the project additional partnerships were established with the Irish Art Research Centre, Trinity College Dublin and the School of Art and Design, University of Ulster.
In July 2012 Frank Meeres' book Strangers. A History of Norwich's Incomers, published by Norwich HEART, was launched. Mazzotti is mentioned on p. 77.
