Ingredients
1/2 cup olive oil
salt pepper
bay leaves 10
3 lemons sliced to halves and rounds
1 onion
8 rosemary springs.
1/2 pound lamb
1/2 pound pork chop boneless.
1/2 pound ziti
parmesan
Making this.
So,
take the meat
add the olive oil, rosemary , chopped lemon and bay leaves.
mix mix, then leave overnight to marinate.
in the morningish , take the meat out of the marinade and put them in a dutch oven
at low 300F for 1 hour.
By then the meats should softened,
Cut into chunks.
Now take the meat + marinade {minus the leaves and rosemary}
Put it in your vitmaix and give it some pulses, the goal here is to make nice size
chunks for your pasta, so small but not like one of those terrible restaurant ground meat things.
When you are done get the big pot, put water, add salt and throw in the ziti.
When it is ready, you will basically fire up the frying pan, throw the meat mix on it.
break it up with some pasta water.
Then keep 1 cup, drain the pasta and add it to the dish.
Add a little water to make it a sauce.
Then you are done.
