Ingredients
1 Garlic clove
2 tablespoons or more chopped italian parsley
4 sundried tomates cut into strip {hard to tell, but try and if you want more add more next time}
10 green sicialian olives pitted and sliced
1 anchovy fillet
salt
1/2 pound mezze maniche {I used mezze rigatoni as I can't find maniche in USA}
1/2 olive oil {I used 1/3 and it was a lot, maybe 1/4? }
parmesan
Cooking it
very simple, mix chopped garlic with parsley , tomates sliced to long strips, olives, anchovy.
This is your "mix".
Boil a large pot of water with the salt and throw in the mezze.
It should take 15 minutes or som.
When it hits 10 minutes fire up the frying pan and add the "mix".
stir for 1 minute and then add water from the pasta, 1 cup.
Fire up the heat.
By the time the pasta is ready your mix should have softened up for a few minutes.
Throw the pasta into the mix and add a little water to make a sauce.
On high heat mix them for a minute or two till the sauce thickens a little.
Voila.
Pasta with canned ingredients, {well minus the fresh parsley}.
Sprinkle some parmesan if you feel like it.
