We are going for the last one. The artichoke heart.
When it is ready, cut it to bite sizes.
Fire up a frying pan with 1/4 cup olive oil and add the chopped garlic.
10 seconds later add the artichoke bite sized pieces.
leave on medium heat.
Now garlic browns quickly, so throw in half the parsely amount after
a minute to slow that and keep the heat med-low.
Meantime boil 2 cups of water with some salt.
Throw in the fava beans and wait 1 minute.
Then proceed to take them out and wash them with cold water.
now you can peel them, inside you will have a lovely green colored fava
bean without the outer shell.

When they are ready.
Get another frying pan and add 1/4 cup olive oil.
Add the onion and fry for 1 minute.
Then add the fava beans.
Alright.
Get a THIRD frying pan.
Add the butter , the green peas and the onion. {The one that is whole}
leave it on medium heat too.
In case one dries up, add water from the pasta water.
In case one tastes ready, sort of al dente stop cooking it and turn the heat off.
Then move it to the side.
When all three are working.
Fire up your pasta water.
Add salt.
and throw in the farfalle.
When they are ready and al dente.
Pick the largest frying pan.
Put the farfalle, add the peas, add the fava, add the fried artichoke then add some pasta water and mix.
You'll get what i got.
Drizzle some chopped parsley
and throw some grated parmesan.
It's delicious.
