Water rockets are used to help students understand the principles of aeronautics.
Prizes and Recognition
Judges will be appointed to select the rockets that goes the highest, look the coolest, etc.
Rocket Workshops
Water bottle rockets are generally built in den meetings as a den activity and launched at a pack meeting. Dens may choose to launch them in their own den meetings as well. There are tons of plans online. Search for "Water Bottle Rockets" and select your favorite one to build!

Any size bottle, any design, any decorations. Use a parachute... or don't. The only restriction is no hard sharp pointy tops as what goes up - will come down (usually in a crowd of people).
