While I am still a year or more away from returning to the GM's chair and there is no guarantee it will even be for Fallout, I still like to keep the game world alive in my mind and plot my next moves. In doing so I find tools that may help in bringing the world alive.
First: A Morse code generator - In FO there were radio towers that would broadcast Morse Code, this website does so with sound.

Second: More Music
I have decided to have two new soundtracks. Knowing that Thorn is far, far away from Corvallis - I have decided they have their own little radio station and being more a cowboy/farmer town, it plays the soundtrack from Fallout: New Vegas. Where as Portland, which is in a radio shadow from Corvallis and was a major military naval port it will play a collection of music from the old WWII V-Discs that I got for Christmas.
