I recently needed to acquire blast radius information for nukes and found two great sites for doing just that.
The first one Carlos Labs : http://www.carloslabs.com/node/16
You choose where you want to drop a bomb, and then in the bottom drop down choose the yield and see what it says.
But a far better one was at Meyerweb: http://meyerweb.com/eric/tools/gmap/hydesim.html
Here you enter the target, and then provide the KT yield, what I liked best was explaining what the blast radius would be and what would happen at each of the PSI. It also had the ability to create a "permalink" which you could then build into a document and it would consistently show you that data.
For example here is the link to see what would happen is a 200KT Nuke was dropped on an unassuming town in Oregon :)
