The trailer was in pretty good order, and before I drove her up the coast I checked and greased the wheel bearings, checked the tyres and made sure she was safe for the road.
The winch cable was replaced to avoid any problems.
Trying to get her off the trailer to turn her on her side was near impossible, and on closer inspection, found the rollers on the trailer were shot.
Four new rollers have been installed.
With the new rollers fitted, the supports were too low - about 10mm on each side. Green tape marked were they were previously, and the boat is now sitting nicely on both supports.
(PS. I did this when the boat was on the ground!)
