By the end of June 2019 she was ready to go sailing, although a couple of things still needed sorting, the major one being that the jib halyard would not lock properly, but that didn't stop the sailing.
July 2019
A calm day on Wallis Lake - out from Pacific Palms. There was also a lot of smoke from a nearly bush fire, but a great day to try a few things and get used to her. I was surprised by her turn of speed in around 5 knots of wind.
It felt great to be back sailing!
I'm still looking for a smaller tank that will fit under the transom.
A pleasant gentle sail back to the ramp.
December 2019
With the renovation complete and having sailed her I felt it was time to move on to another project, so put her up for sale.
She has been purchased by a nice young couple who will make great use of her and believe they are only custodians of her for part of the boat's life.
I hope they have pleasant, fun and memorable times on her.
