Persatuan Epilepsi Malaysia (PEM), a non-profit organisation, seeks creative, talented, and enthusiastic videography and animation interns. The candidate will work with the Executive Committee Team to create videos and other media that will help raise awareness about epilepsy. This is a great opportunity for any self-motivated candidate looking to build their portfolio, and/or volunteer their time and skills for a great cause.

Job Description

• 2-months internship position with honorarium (RM500/month)

• Help produce digital materials for PEM (videos, short clips, infographics, leaflets) in various languages

Requirements

• • Open to SPM/O Levels Leavers

  • Knowledge and experience with video editing apps

  • Knowledge and experience with graphic design/animation apps

  • Fluency of multiple languages - Bahasa, English, Mandarin/Tamil – is an advantage

  • Candidate must use his/her own laptop during the internship; however, a camera recording equipment will be provided.

  • Must be organised, detailed oriented, proactive, and deadline-driven

  • A portfolio that showcases your many talents will help with the selection process

Duties and Responsibilities

• • Lead the production of video and media projects according to specific topics given by PEM

  • Attend briefing and brainstorming meetings

  • Arrange, interview, record, and edit footage, with addition of graphics and subtitles

  • Produce short clips/contents for social media channels

  • Supervision and guidance will be provided

Time Commitment

• 3-4 days/week, but flexible hours, as long as deadlines are met

• Local off-site shooting (KL/Selangor)

Compensation

• RM500/month honorarium
