Invisible Hands of Multinationals

Rich countries are giving foreign aid of about 136 billion dollars to the poor countries and at the same time every year the poor countries pays at least a six hundred billion dollars in interest on debt, the principal amount of which has been built many times long time ago. The interest payments continue to this day and in addition to that there is capital flight of trillion dollars. Of this capital flight, one part is that the corrupt leaders are putting their money into Swiss accounts and the other part is that multinationals are making profits and repatriating this to their own countries or wherever they want. So, the country that is many billion dollars every year on basis of interest payments and we think that the same fiscal policy will apply to such country as of developed countries is not true. Bottom three billion people in developing countries have about the same amount of assets as the top eighty-five people then we cannot apply the same economic policies there.
