AMERICA IS THE #1 FRAUD NATION USES FALSE, FABRICATED, AND UNDERCOUNTED DATA. IT ALSO USES TORTURE TO FORCE FALSE PLEAS FROM ITS INNOCENT SLAVES WHICH OVERCOUNTS CRIMES THAT NEVER OCCURRED OR OF WHICH THE WRONGFULLY CONVICTED IS THE ACTUAL VICTIM...

What Can FBI Data Say About Crime in 2021? It’s Too Unreliable to Tell

https://www.themarshallproject.org/2022/06/14/what-did-fbi-data-say-about-crime-in-2021-it-s-too-unreliable-to-tell

Nearly 40% of law enforcement agencies around the country did not submit any data in 2021 to a newly revised FBI crime statistics collection program, leaving a massive gap in information sure to be exploited by politicians in midterm election campaigns already dominated by public fear over a rise in violent crime....

Even though the FBI announced the transition years ago and the federal government spent hundreds of millions of dollars to help local police make the switch, about 7,000 of the nation’s 18,000 law enforcement agencies did not successfully send crime data to the voluntary program last year... The data gap will make it harder to analyze crime trends and fact-check claims politicians make about crime...

To put North Dakota Domestic Violence (NDDV) as a cause of death into proper perspective compare NDDV deaths with other causes of deaths in North Dakota. The data is provided for both on this page by scrolling down. It is clear to see that domestic violence ranks least as a cause of death in the State. And firearms used in NDDV is extremely rare ranking at the bottom of the list as a death risk.

Be careful of the SCAM: What you will notice in many of the DV & Govt reports are data given as percentages. They do this to deceive the reader. The real numbers are so low that percentages are used to justify the liars hype making a mountain from a mole hill. Giving data as percentages can be quite deceiving making the observer think it represents more, or less of data.

Example1 what is more: 90% of 10, or 10% of 90? The answer is 9 for both.

So if I want to deceive you I would use the 90% in my report to make you think it means more, and use the 10% to make it appear less.

Example2: What is the difference between 100% of 3 Billion, and 99.9% of 3 Billion?

Answer is 3 Million. 0.1% difference represents a difference of 3 Million.

But, 0.1% of 10.0 is only 1.0.

Example3: 100% of the entire population who have used Product A have died, that's a fact.

Product A is water.

Using small percentages of large quantities can appear smaller to the observer, and a large percentage of a small quantity can appear larger. Percentages are very deceiving, and are not actual data other than showing how it compares to the whole as the reporter wants it to appear.

I use actual numbers as much as possible to give the true accurate data from their false data which is really just a more realistic value of their false data. The liars and scam artists in the DV and Govt reports are using percentages to deceive and hype their already false data. Often to arrive at an actual number I must do this from their data they give as percentages only then find an actual value elsewhere, or deceptively hidden in their report.

Another tactic used by the Government Liars are statements that Crime Category A is increasing, and on the rise. That Crime category A has increased 25% over the last decade. But, they did not tell you that the last decade was the lowest on record for Crime category A, and that the 25% increase was still 50% less than the normal. Or the 25% increase from the record low also had an increase of population such that the per capita increase still meant that Crime Category A is still at an all time record low, and there really was no 25% increase based on the population increase.

Also notice in most articles it is the number of REPORTS that are listed. Reports are not actual. In fact it is claimed 80% of all DV are False Accusations, and 84% of all reported DV cases are NON-violent. DV policies are to "Report" anything and everything regardless how frivalous, and how false. Thus, DV is nothing more than Reports that are unproven because 95% to 99% of all defendants are coerced/ forced to plead guilty to crimes he did not do.

These Government scam artists deceive you to justify their theft of your tax dollars freely given to the Liars by the corrupt Government who become empowered and enriched by the ripoff from the Liars and their Fraud. The Government criminals are recruiting more criminals into their crimes by bribery and unlawful influences by way of their Unconstitutional Law-Making, Liberal Handouts, Corrupt Legal System giving Immunity and Leniency for their crimes, etc.... I could continue all day showing how these government criminals, and criminals disguising themselves as the Good Guys operate.

(Definition from north dakota domestic violence fatality review commission www.ag.nd.gov/Reports/2013DVFR.pdf

Comment: Comparing the last decade of ND DV deaths with the previous decade (20 year span) reveals that the number of ND domestic violence deaths has remained relatively unchanged at an average of 6 deaths per year; all the while the banning of firearms has not reduced DV deaths rather firearms restrictions has increased the use of Non-firearms such as knives in DV deaths.

Furthermore, the data only reveals the reported victim and assailant which does not tell the true story of who was the actual predominate aggressor. The assailant may have acted in self defense while the victim may have been the predominate aggressor attacking the reported assailant. Chance, luck, the stronger, or most skilled may have overcome an angry knife attacking aggressor and during the altercation the predominate aggressor may have become the reported victim.

With ND's population increase of nearly 20,000 since last year, the per capita homicide rate for 2015 is in the average range with no major increase from the norm.

https://sites.google.com/site/nodakwc/home/toomanylaws/2012%20ND%20DV%20Review.rtf?attredirects=0&d=1

Although there is only one more female victim death per year than males from domestic violence in North Dakota, this report claims if you are a male in North Dakota domestic violence is all your fault 94% of the time.

North Dakota Domestic Violence Stats 1992-2011:

* 3.5 female victim DV deaths per year.

* 2.5 male victim DV deaths per year.

* 6 total deaths per year from domestic violence. (This compares to one typical traffic accident.)

* 2.55 firearms DV deaths per year.

* 3.4 non-firearms DV deaths per year.

* Of all the new victims of domestic violence in N.D. for year 2011 aproximately 0.14% total deaths resulted from domestic violence.

* Based on the reported percentage of female victims in N.D. (1:1 female victim/male victim ratio comparison), females killed males 11 times more often during domestic violence incidences.

Domestic Violence Gun Fatalities in North Dakota from 1992-2011 (20 year span) averaged only 2-1/2 (two and a half) deaths per year.

Knives, blunt objects, personal weapons and other weapons accounted for over 3

(three) DV deaths per year.

Over the same 20 year span Gender deaths were somewhat equal with female DV deaths slightly more than 3 per year, and male DV deaths slightly less than 3 per year.

How does domestic violence fatalities compare with other causes of death? Domestic violence fatalities would be considered insignificant in any scientific report.

Total DV deaths are at the bottom of the list less than traffic pedestrian fatalities, and firearms DV deaths are less than train fatalities.

In ND you are 87 to 130 times more likely to die from a motor vehicle than from a firearm used in domestic violence.

On average, in North Dakota HIV (eight per year) is more than 5 times deadlier than firearms used in DV (one and a half per year).

In year 2011, in United States, HIV (21,700 per year) is more than 28 times deadlier than firearms used in DV (769).

So do we have a Gun problem, or do we have a LIAR Problem, SCAM problem, Fraud problem, Anti-American Problem, Treason Problem, Police Misconduct Problem, Civil Rights Problem, Official Misconduct Problem, Government Corruption Problem, etc...

Time to fight for what is rightfully ours, A Bill of Rights. Don't let the traitors in Law and Government steal it away.

Domestic NON-violence. This study researched an entire year of DV in Philadelphia:

Domestic Violence: More Guns, Less Injury - The Truth About Guns

https://www.thetruthaboutguns.com/2017/02/dean-weingarten/domestic-violence-guns-less-injury/

A new study shows that only 17 of 35,413 domestic violence incidents resulted in a gunshot wound. The study was based on police reports collected in Philadelphia in 2013. ...

A new study shows that when guns are part of domestic violence, women actually suffer fewer injuries, but experience greater fear. ...This is consistent with the use of guns in other crimes, and in self-defense. It’s not limited to women. ...People who commit robberies with guns instead of other weapons are less likely to physically harm their victims. People who use guns for self defense are less likely to suffer injuries than people who use other weapons, hands and feet for defense, or who use other strategies. ...

Men are less likely to seek help for Intimate Partner Violence (IPV) than women. Numerous studies have shown that women use IPV against men at a rate that is equal or higher than men use IPV against women. ...

These are not adjudicated cases; they are police reports. While 576 cases were classified as “Guns were used”, the data shows 17 cases involved someone being shot. 40 cases involved guns being fired. The gun was used as a blunt instrument in 33 cases. In 187 of the incidents, no gun was seen. ...The incidents and usage are “alleged” because they are based on accounts that were told to officers at the scene by the person described as the victim.

Of 35,413 incidents over three quarters did not involve a weapon or physical attack. ...I asked a retired officer if those numbers seemed reasonable. Without hesitation, he said most of the time officers go to domestic violence calls, they are responding to an argument, with no violence involved.

* * *

So then if citizen deaths were the real case behind such drastic, and Un-Constitutional domestic violence laws and policies we would have more laws for at least the top 10 leading causes of death. But, when total deaths for an entire year due to domestic violence is less than 1 or 2 typical traffic accidents it is clear that the hype pushing domestic violence really isnt about violence at all, or saving lives. In most domestic violence cases no violence took place at all.

But, "4,808 new victims of domestic violence received services from crisis intervention centers in North Dakota in 2011" (according to The ND Council on Abused Women’s Services). Note how most DV Reports give statistics on reported "Victim". This is deliberatley used to give the readers of reports a false sense that women are being victimized by their male spouse. But, upon investigation women are often the aggressor in their relationships with women and men. These DV reports need to also list the Offender, as well as Victim to give a clearer story that women are offending against other women in their relationships, and removing police bias whic falsely reports women as victim when in fact many women are the actual offenders.

So there you have it. That is your domestic violence. New "victims" (all Females) based on mere accusations regardless if true or false. Mere "Reports" (95% which are unproven and untried by Trial due to forced pleas) by Law Enforcement which are federally funded by grants pushing decpetive laws like VAWA funding women to Lie in return for free assistance (food, shelter, daycare, clothing, financial assistance, medical, educational training, etc....). Reports mostly from women upset and angry at their husband or boyfriend; or child angry at parent; or an outside family member or acquaintance interfering mis-using the good intent of the law to overpower and to gain dominance over the male.

So then the domestic violence industry is a criminal empowerment activity, also in violation of USA Constitution Bill of Rights, "for profit" Social Program for Women Only, funded by corrupt government to abolish the Peoples Constitutional Rights.

To qualify for "Victim" status needs no proof at all. Only requires a call to Law Enforcement. Thats all. The proof required is any Accusation regardless how False it may be. The call can be made by anyone, a neighbor, an enemy, someone who is not even in the area, etc. Any call from anyone to Law Enforcement that accuses any male of domestic violence is all that is required for that accused male to become a criminal with a record for life, and loss of many Constitutional Rights.

Oh, but surely if the male is Innocent our Just Court System will find the accused male Innocent. NO. Conditions placed on the accused male force most males to plead guilty although many are Innocent. In courts today approximately 95% of all people plead guilty rather than go to trial although many are Innocent. It is because the system has stripped our Constitutional Rights, and given incredible powers to Prosecuters, and virtually 100% credibility to Liars in Law Enforcement, and Liars with False Testimony.

So in a nutshell this whole domestic violence SCAM is mostly just unproven and untried "claims" or "reports" from anyone who instigate, provoked, and initiate a confrontation with a male for various gains. Financial in most cases, empowerment, vengeance, etc.... Then the leeches and vultures come along and devour the helpless males namely those in the industry profitting from the In-Justice such as Law Enforcement to gain free Grant money, Lawyers, Courts, Counsellings, and all other agencies making money from the accused males paying fines and fees, grant money, donations, etc.....

Government loves it because as more accused males become wrongfully convicted criminals the males lose their Constitutional Rights which in turn empowers the Government. It is also party politics to use this as bargaining to push agendas. Law enforcement love it for similar reasons to empower them at the citizens loss of Rights. Gun Control advocates, and all the Anti -Americans love it for the destruction of the Constitution. And all the money pushing this injustice is fuel for the fire. It is traitorous Laws like these that will destroy America.

Do you got a business rival, bad neighbor, or someone you dont like? Just make an anonymous call to Law Enforcement and say you over heard them arguing, or fighting. Thats it. In many cases the male will be removed from the house and restraining order prevents his return. The laws strip his rights and the false accuser does not even have to be present in court. The law enforcement and prosecuters will Lie for you.

In summary, domestic violence is nothing more than a bunch of untried and unproven cases of falsely accused stories from vengeful people for financial gain, revenge, and empowerment.

Nearly a quarter of all deaths worldwide are caused by environmental risks like polluted air, dirty water, hazardous workplaces, and dangerous roads, according to the WHO report. The global health authority estimates that 12.6 million deaths in 2012, or about 23 percent of the total, were attributable to such factors.

Pollution around the globe contributed to an estimated 9 million premature deaths annually in 2015 — or roughly one in six of all premature deaths, according to a new in-depth study by an international team of researchers. That means pollution kills more people each year than all war and violence in the world, and three times more than HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis, and malaria combined, the study said.... poor air quality was the most significant pollution-related killer. ...

he result: An estimated 6.5 million deaths in 2015 from heart disease, strokes, lung cancer, and other respiratory problems. Water pollution, which includes everything from unsafe sanitation to contaminated drinking water, accounted for an additional 1.8 million annual deaths from gastrointestinal diseases and other infections, researchers found....

The study stating pollution accounts for about 16 percent of deaths worldwide builds on previous studies, including a 2016 report from the World Health Organization....

polluted air, water and soil caused nine million premature deaths across the globe in 2015.

Air pollution is the biggest risk, contributing to 6.5 million premature deaths, while water and soil pollution were linked to 1.8 million and 800,000 deaths respectively. The causes of death vary widely and include cancer, lung disease, heart disease and strokes. The nine million figure cited in The Lancet makes up 16 percent of all deaths worldwide.... pollution kills three times as many people as AIDS, tuberculosis and malaria combined. It also means pollution causes 15 times as many deaths than war and violence....

In 2015, 2.5 million people died early due to pollution in India while in China, it was linked to 1.8 million premature deaths. In the United States, 5.8 percent of all deaths, 155,000, could be linked to pollution in 2015.

Want to reduce gun violence? Halt the war on drugs

http://www.newsweek.com/want-reduce-gun-violence-halt-war-drugs-488879

Every December 5, American beer, wine and spirit enthusiasts celebrate Repeal Day. It was on this day in 1933 that the United States officially passed the 21st Amendment, effectively ending the failed “noble experiment” known as Prohibition. This was not only a good day for liberty and libations; it also marked the end of a violent era in American history. The transport and sale of illicit booze became a prolific criminal enterprise backed by well-armed, violent gangs. The result: a homicide rate in the United States that steadily climbed between 1920 and 1933. In addition, the rise of “victimless crimes”—namely, consumption or possession of alcohol—added to the already overburdened judicial system. Furthermore, alcohol consumption—what Prohibition laws sought to minimize—actually increased nearly 70 percent. To call Prohibition a failure would be an understatement. Repealing Prohibition destroyed the monopoly on alcohol maintained by organized crime. Disempowering the black market produced a noticeable decline in the homicide rate. In fact, homicides continued to diminish each year for 11 years straight....

If concerned citizens want to get serious about reducing gun violence, they should be encouraged to focus less on policies that are ineffective—“assault weapons” bans, gun buyback programs and outright confiscation—and focus more on ending our failed, four-decade-long, overly militarized, trillion-dollar battle against narcotics.... 2014 mass shooting incidents resulted in the deaths of 383 people—about 3 percent of total gun homicides for the year. ... Though difficult to quantify due to inconsistent reporting, estimates of drug-related homicides reach as high as 50 percent of the total homicides in the United States. ... Despite the increase in population, Denver police reports indicate a drop in overall crime, including a 24 percent drop in reported homicides.... The Independence Institute examined arrest and homicide rates throughout the 20th century and concluded that the greatest contributor to violence is “a violent black market caused by the War on Drugs today, and Prohibition in the 1920s.”...

A Terrible Investment: Even if we ignored the violence inherent in this failed policy, the war on drugs would still be considered a complete waste of public resources. The United States has invested close to a trillion dollars in drug-related law enforcement over the past four decades. And what was the return on investment? A black market valued at $100 billion annually and a drug use rate that is the highest in the world....

New York Police Chief Says Spike In Homicides Was Caused By Marijuana

https://thinkprogress.org/new-york-police-chief-says-spike-in-homicides-was-caused-by-marijuana-8f60af170a6a/

Police Chief Bill Bratton blames the 17 percent increase on pot.... “In this city, people are killing each other over marijuana more so than anything that we had to deal with in the ’80s and ’90s with heroin and cocaine,” Robert Boyce, the city’s Chief of Detectives, shared a similar sentiment, arguing that ripoffs of marijuana dealers and pot-related robberies are largely responsible for the homicide rate....

“If, indeed, there is violence in the illicit marijuana marketplace between those who are selling marijuana, there is one very basic and smart way to solve that problem: end marijuana prohibition,”... Despite the rise in homicides, serious crime dropped 11 percent in the last two months mirroring rates from the 1990s.

GUBMINT IS THE PROBLEM, NOT THE SOLUTION.

GUBMINT = VIOLENCE

Prohibition = Violence

http://reason.com/archives/2003/01/29/prohibition-violence

The low, dishonest, and expensive Drug War advertising campaign being waged by the Office of National Drug Control Policy (ONDCP) in all the major newspapers, television networks, and leading magazines is let's be as honest as they are not, full of crap....

1900 The murder rate was 1.2 per 100,000 people.

1914, Congress passed the Harrison Narcotic Act that essentially banned the non-medical sale of opiates and cocaine derivatives.

1915 the murder rate the year after was 5.9 per 100,000.

1920, outlawing the sale of all alcoholic beverages.

1921, the murder rate in America jumped to 8.1 per 100,000. Of course, the 1920s were the era of gangsters and bootleggers.

1933, passed the 21st Amendment repealing Prohibition. The murder rate that year reached 9.7 per 100,000. After Prohibition, the murder rate began to drift downward, dropping to 4.5 per 100,000 in 1958.

1970, when Congress passed the Comprehensive Drug Abuse Prevention and Control Act, the murder rate had risen back to 8.3 per 100,000. In 1971, President Richard Nixon declared that drugs were the "No. 1 Public Enemy" and announced the beginning of a new "War on Drugs."

1973, the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) was established. As the Drug War heated up, the murder rate reached an all-time high of 10.7 per 100,000 in 1980.

1986, Anti-Drug Abuse Act which mandated harsher penalties for drug possession and drug trafficking. As tens of billions of dollars were poured into the War on Drugs by Presidents Ronald Reagan and Bill Clinton, the murder rate hovered between 8.5 and 10.5 for the next 15 years. The murder rate began dropping in the mid-1990s and is now at levels last seen in the mid-1960s. Is the Drug War finally working at cutting that violence that we are assured is commensurate with drug use?

Well, in a way, but not the way the feds' drugs=violence equation implies. Most likely it is because the United States now has nearly 2 million people in jail or prison. It would have to be a pretty poor policing operation if, in the course of sweeping up some 1.5 million people annually for drug use, that those offenders most likely to act violently did not end up incarcerated....

Even if putting hundreds of thousands of people behind bars does lower violent crime rates, legalization would get the same results—and far more cheaply in both human and monetary costs. Violent crime, terrorism, and the Drug War go hand in hand.

Study: Couples who smoke marijuana are less likely to engage in domestic violence

https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/wonk/wp/2014/08/26/study-couples-who-smoke-marijuana-are-less-likely-to-engage-in-domestic-violence/

A new study by researchers at the University of Buffalo finds a significantly lower incidence of domestic violence among married couples who smoke pot. "Couples in which both spouses used marijuana frequently reported the least frequent IPV [intimate partner violence] perpetration," the study concludes.

Medical Marijuana Dispensaries Save Lives, Study Finds

https://www.marijuanamoment.net/medical-marijuana-dispensaries-save-lives-study-finds/

States where people can legally access marijuana through dispensaries see dramatically reduced opioid overdose death rates, new federally funded research shows.... “Marijuana is a far less addictive substance than opioids and the potential for overdosing is nearly zero.”...

“Using data from just the early period of these laws 1999–2010, dispensaries reduce opioid mortality rates by about 40%, above and beyond the reduction from marijuana laws alone. The total effect is estimated to be even larger. When we consider the full time period (1999–2013), the estimates imply that dispensaries reduce opioid mortality rates by about 20% while the main effect of having a law is relatively small in magnitude, implying declines of about 5%, and not statistically distinguishable from zero. Importantly, together – a marijuana law with a legal, operational dispensary provision – the estimates imply a statistically significant (at the 5% level) decline in overdose death rates of about 25%.”...

Report Shows Legal Weed in Nevada Made Drivers SAFER as Crashes Dropped Significantly

https://thefreethoughtproject.com/traffic-related-deaths-down-since-legalized-marijuana/

According to a recent report from the Nevada Department of Public Safety, deaths from traffic accidents in Nevada have dropped by over 10 percent in the first year that marijuana was legalized in the state for recreational use... Similar numbers have been seen in other states that have implemented legalization. A study published by the American Public Health Association found that states with legal medical cannabis have lower rates of traffic fatalities than states with full prohibition....

In 2015, the first study to analyze the effects of cannabis on driving performance found that it caused almost no impairment. The impairment that it did cause was similar to that observed under the influence of a legal alcohol limit....

THE EFFECT OF CANNABIS COMPARED WITH ALCOHOL ON DRIVING

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2722956/

Drunk drivers are involved in 25% of motor vehicle fatalities... the effects of cannabis vary more between individuals than they do with alcohol because of tolerance, differences in smoking technique, and different absorptions of THC, ... marijuana smokers tend to compensate effectively while driving by utilizing a variety of behavioral strategies. Combining marijuana with alcohol eliminates the ability to use such strategies effectively... Epidemiological studies have been inconclusive regarding whether cannabis use causes an increased risk of accidents; in contrast, unanimity exists that alcohol use increases crash risk. Furthermore, the risk from driving under the influence of both alcohol and cannabis is greater than the risk of driving under the influence of either alone...

collisions claim frequencies in the states that had legalized marijuana were about 3 percent higher than would have been anticipated without legalization. ... a second study found no increase in vehicle crash fatalities in Colorado and Washington, relative to similar states, after legalization....

It seems plausible that legalization could lead to a slight increase in minor accidents that don't prove fatal... Indeed, federal research has shown that while smoking weed before driving does indeed elevate your risk of crash, it's nonetheless far less impairing than alcohol, which dramatically increases the likelihood of a crash even at small doses.

Study: Traffic Fatalities Have Not Increased As A Consequence Of Legalization

http://blog.norml.org/2018/03/21/study-traffic-fatalities-have-not-increased-as-a-consequence-of-legalization/

The enactment of adult use marijuana regulation in Colorado and Washington is not independently linked to an increase in traffic fatalities, ...“In summary, the similar trajectory of traffic fatalities in Washington and Colorado relative to their synthetic control counterparts yield little evidence that the total rate of traffic fatalities has increased significantly as a consequence of recreational marijuana legalization.”... A 2016 study reported that the enactment of medical cannabis legislation is associated with an immediate decline in traffic fatalities among younger drivers....

Legal Pot Is Linked to Less Crime

https://psmag.com/news/it-is-high-time-we-reduced-crime

"It reduced rapes by between 15 and 30 percent (between two and four occurrences per 100,000 inhabitants), and thefts by between 10 and 20 percent (between 60 and 100 per 100,000 inhabitants."...Not surprisingly, the researchers report consumption of pot increased after smoking it became lawful. But the change in the law apparently decreased use of other drugs, and specifically reduced binge drinking.... pot produces "a state of relaxation and euphoria," which presumably "reduces the likelihood of engaging in violent activities."...

"Third, the legalization of recreational marijuana may induce a reallocation of police efforts away from cannabis pushers and consumers, and towards other types of offenses," they note. And finally, it "may have reduced the role of criminal gangs and small criminals in local cannabis markets."

The researchers call this "first-pass evidence" of a link between legal pot and lower crime rates; more studies are needed. But at the very least, it suggests that, if they intend to slow this trend, anti-pot crusaders will need to come up with better scare tactics.

How Police Shootings Play Out in Rural America

https://www.themarshallproject.org/2021/08/13/shooting-first-and-asking-questions-later

Officers in rural areas fatally shot about 1,200 people from 2015 through 2020, while in cities there were at least 2,100 such deaths, according to the news organizations’ analysis of data compiled by The Washington Post; no comprehensive government database exists. The data analysis found that, although the rate of rural police shootings was about 30% lower than the urban rate when adjusted for population, the rural incidents mirrored many of the dynamics of police shootings that have come under scrutiny in cities. And even as deadly police shootings declined in cities and rural communities during this time, according to the analysis, the rural decrease was more modest: about 9% versus 19%....

But rural deaths seldom attract attention from the public or the national press. Police shootings in isolated areas are rarely captured on video, and many rural officers don’t wear body cameras.... One big difference was that most of the people killed in the rural shootings, in Kentucky and elsewhere, were White. White people make up the rural majority in nearly every state, and two-thirds of the people fatally shot by law enforcement in rural areas across the country were White, the data analysis shows; about 10% were Black. (In cities, 37% were Black and 31% White.) Nevertheless, in some states, a disproportionately high number of Black people were shot and killed by the police relative to their share of the rural population, according to the data....

Like most other police shootings across the country, those in rural settings seldom lead to indictments or prosecutions of the officers involved, the data show. This holds in Kentucky, where the state police investigate their own shootings without an independent review.... More than half of the rural Kentucky shootings examined occurred at residences....

The facts on mass shootings in the United States

http://www.politifact.com/truth-o-meter/article/2017/nov/08/facts-mass-shootings-united-states/

Researchers at the nonpartisan Congressional Research Service defined "mass shooting" as "a multiple homicide incident in which four or more victims are murdered with firearms, within one event, and in one or more locations in close proximity" in a 2015 report. They counted 317 mass shootings from 1999-2013. ... usa population 298 Million avg.

317/15 yrs = 21 mass shootings per year avg

21 / 298 M = 0.07 mass shootings per year per 1 Million people.

The report also used the term "mass public shooting" for a multiple homicide incident in which four or more victims are murdered with firearms, within one event, in at least one or more public locations, such as a workplace, school or house of worship. There were 66 attacks that met that definition during that 15-year period....

Criminologists previously told PolitiFact that this group’s tally includes gang shootings and home invasion robberies....

Mental instability is not a good predictor of mass shootings....less than 5 percent of 120,000 gun-related killings in America between 2001 and 2010 were committed by people with a diagnosed mental illness.... One of the problems of turning the link between mental illness and mass shootings into effective public policy is that mass shootings are rare events....

North Dakota, however, has been spared from this violence. It's one of just 11 states that has not experienced a school shooting since the carnage at Sandy Hook, the group reported. That's not to say North Dakota has never had a school shooting. On Oct. 11, 2012, a couple of months before the Sandy Hook shooting, a freshman at Fairmount High School in southeastern North Dakota walked to the front of his classroom and shot himself in the face with a small handgun. The teen survived, and no one else was hurt. Local school and police officials can't explain why there hasn't been a school shooting in North Dakota for going on three years. But schools here, like schools nationwide, are taking steps to prevent shootings....

Male victims = Three point zero five (3.05)

Partner = 2

Ex partner = 0.9

Family member = 1.6

Household member = 0.45

Other related = 1.3

DV deaths by firearm = Three and half (3.5)

Vermont Population estimate per year 1994 thru 2014: 620,203

https://www.infoplease.com/us/population/us-population-state-1790-2015

3.5 / .620,203 = 5.6 DV deaths per 1 Million people by Firearm

Roughly 5-1/2 DV deaths from Firearms per 1 Million people per year, 1994 to 2014

Although DV victim is 50/50 male/female and research has indicated females are the aggressors of DV in 70% of all cases the law enforcement falsifies reports and wrongfully convicts males to falsely claim males are the offenders in 82% of Vermont's DV incidents. This means that Vermont wrongfully convicts at least a third to two thirds of its male population in DV cases.

Further note that firearms is a rare occurance in homicide deaths and rarer yet in DV. Vermont averages only three and a half (3-1/2) DV firearms deaths per year statewide.

Compare that figure to the states other causes of death, and you will see DV is at the bottom of the list for causes of death not just in the state but, also ranking the least cause of death nationwide.

"49 domestic violence homicides in New Jersey in 2015". New Jersey Population (2015): 8.958 Million.

49 domestic violence homicides in New Jersey in 2015 / 8.958 million = 5.5 Total DV deaths per 1 Million people

Assuming 50% from firearms: 50% x 5.5 = 2.75 DV deaths per 1 Million people by Firearm

Roughly 3 DV deaths from Firearms per 1 Million people for entire year 2015

New Jersey is still growing, as it did throughout the previous decade as well. It added 166,000 new residents between 2010 and 2015 — more than the population of Paterson, or of Trenton and Camden combined, or of Cherry Hill and Toms River combined. In fact, New Jersey’s numerical gain over the last five years is equivalent to more than one-fifth of the population of the entire state of North Dakota, a state that has made headlines for its Bakken oil-related rapid population growth.

Who Kills Whom? Victim-Offender Relationship

https://sites.google.com/site/nodakwc/home/toomanylaws/Who%20Kills%20Whom.rtf?attredirects=0&d=1

Overwhelmingly, females kill family members. In fact, almost 60% of female homicide offenders kill an intimate partner, child, or other family member, such as a (step)parent, (step)sibling, or extended relative. (This does not include abortions of the unborn.)

Men, in comparison, kill a family member about 20% of the time.

A woman is as likely to use a knife to commit her homicide, a change from 20 years ago when guns were more prevalently used by female murderers.

Many women who kill do it by planning it out rather than spontaneous to avoid blame. Women use poisons, accidents, motor vehicles, arsons, hire hitman, use their boyfriend, etc..., then play victim of the poor helpless widow wife who just lost her husband. The homicide statistics are then falsified by recording the crime as accident, unknown, suicide, poisoning, male assailant, etc...., which falsely show women commit few crimes. In the rare event she is charged bias courts accept lies of self defense, mental ill, leniency of charge and sentence, etc...

Over 71% of Wives Kill Their Husbands, Stats We Have To Take Notice Of

https://rmaxgenactivepua.wordpress.com/2013/07/19/over-71-of-wives-kill-their-husbands-stats-we-have-to-take-notice-of/

Over 40% of homicides & murders by women are against their husbands … not their boyfriends, not strangers, but their husbands … The other 30% come from 3rd party crimes, as i stated above, women using their boyfriends, poison, etc. ...

“On the surface, the Bureau of Justice reports women are the perpetrators in 41 percent of spousal murders

The first mostly-female method is poisoning. The second is the wife hiring a professional killer. The third is the wife persuading a boyfriend to do the killing.

These last two methods, IF discovered, are never listed by the FBI as a woman killing a man. They are listed, rather, as “multiple -offender killings. We only know that IN MULTIPLE-OFFENDER KILLINGS THERE ARE FOUR TIMES AS MANY HUSBAND VICTIMS THAN WIVES, according to the FBI. That is, the 41 percent figure does not include either of those female methods of killing.”

Murderesses

https://sites.google.com/site/nodakwc/home/toomanylaws/Murderesses.rtf?attredirects=0&d=1

According to information from 'Murder in America: a history', by Roger Lane, (Columbus: Ohio State University Press, 1997): The actual number of women who have murdered are more than what statistics, and conviction rates reveal.

Throughout history female suspects were convicted at a lower rate and for lesser degrees of homicide than males; Women who commit murder are represented as insane more often then men; The result for women who murder has been lesser convictions and sentences but most often are reported falsely by Law enforcement as victim although they may have been the actual offender.

Wives Also Kill Husbands--Quite Often

-- Alan M. Dershowitz

http://www.uiowa.edu/~030116/158/articles/dershowitz3.htm

...for all family murders--which includes killing of parents and children as well as spouses--55.5 percent of the victims were males and 44.5 percent females, and "female defendants were more likely than male defendants to have murdered a person of the opposite sex.

...women in general account for only about 10 percent of defendants charged with all murders. But for all spousal murders, women accounted for more than 40 percent of defendants. ...Not surprisingly, when it comes to parents who kill their children, mothers kill more often than fathers.

...Wives who kill their husbands were acquitted in 12.9 percent of the cases studied, while husbands who kill their wives were acquitted in only 1.4 percent of the cases. Women who were convicted of killing their husbands were sentenced to an average of six years in prison, while men received an average of seventeen years for killing their wives, Sixteen percent of female spousal killers get probation, compared to 1.6 percent for males. By almost every other measure as well, female spousal killers are treated more leniently than male spousal killers.

Family Violence Statistics

U.S. Department of Justice- Bureau of Justice Statistics June, 2005

This compendium contains the most recent family violence statistics from these sources: surveys & interviews conducted by the Bureau of Justice Statistics (BJS), the BJS database of Federal statistics, and two statistical databases maintained by the FBI.

  • Less than half of one percent, (0.3%) of all family violence between 1998 and 2002 resulted in death as a result of the incident.

  • In 2002, of the 0.3% of family violence resulting in death, nearly 9% were murders of a spouse, 6% were murders of sons or daughters by a parent, and 7% were murders by other family members.

  • All family violence accounted for 11% of all reported and unreported violence between 1998 and 2002. Of these 11% crimes committed against family members:

    • 49% were crimes against spouses,(LGBTQ and HIV-affected people of color made up the majority (50.2 percent) of intimate-partner violence survivors),

    • 10% were sons or daughters victimized by a parent;

    • and the remaining 41% were crimes against other members of the offender's family (for example, parents victimized by sons or daughters, brothers victimized by siblings, and grandparents victimized by grandchildren).

  • Females were 58% of family deaths. Of all the murders of females in 2002, family members were responsible for 43%.

  • Children under age 13 were 23% of murder victims killed by a family member, and just over 3% of nonfamily murder victims.

  • The average age among sons or daughters killed by a parent was 7 years, and 4 out of 5 victims killed by a parent were under age 13.

  • In 2002 family murders were less likely than nonfamily murders to involve a firearm (50% versus 68%).

  • Among incidents of parents killing their children, 19% involved one parent killing multiple victims.

  • Among crimes recorded by police, 2% of family violence involved a firearm, compared to 6% of nonfamily violence. A weapon (ex.: knife, gun, blunt object, etc.) was used in 16% of family and 21% of nonfamily violence.

  • Between 1993 and 2002 the rate of family violence, and all violent crime during the same period had actually declined by more than half.

(Much of the data in the report is flawed, and practically useless as it is based on many inaccuracies from false police reporting and false victim/offender status, biased interviews, not uniform, not consistent, incomplete data, not truely representative, and many other discrepancies. Females are most often falsely reported by law enforcement as the victim due many reasons from myths & biases; females are nine times more likely to call the police than male DV victims; false accusations; to erroneous police judgement, and error of predominant aggressor.

Some data from the report is useful because it relies less on human judgement, and more on fact. Data claiming Victim, and Offender status is the least accurate, and is the most prone to False Data therefore, it cannot be relied on for true representation of true victim/offender status other than the level of False Reporting, False Accusations, Fraud Data, Misconducts, and other flaws & errors within the injustice system.)

Comment: To those who have seen The Dukes of Hazzard TV show are familiar with Boss Hogg's swindling ways of using percentages of percents, and further fanagling of percentages to come up with a percentage of what the final deal his profit is, and what his partners percent profit will be. "You get 50% of my 50% of the final 10% of my 50%?" Domestic Violence Laws, Data, and the DV Industry works very similar based on deception of using percentages from false data and false reporting to deceive.

Controlling Domestic Violence Against Men

http://www.familytx.org/research/Control_DV_against_men.pdf

* Presently 25% - 30% of all intimate violence is exclusively female on male.

* 50% of domestic assaults are mutual combat.

* Women use weapons more often in assaults than do men (~80% for women; ~25% for men).

* There is no support in the present data for the hypothesis that women use violence only in self defense.

Three common reasons women give for male abuse are:

to resolve the argument;

to respond to family crisis;

and to stop him bothering me.

Male abuse of a woman, requiring self defense, is one of the less-frequently stated reasons by women for their assaults.

The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention report, "In nonreciprocally violent relationships, women were the perpetrators in more than 70% of the cases. Reciprocity was associated with more frequent violence among women, but not men." [Source: Whitaker, Haileyesus, Swahn and Saltzman, Differences in Frequency of Violence and Reported Injury Between Relationships With Reciprocal and Nonreciprocal Intimate Partner Violence, American Journal of Public Health, May 2007, Vol 97, No. 5, pp. 941-947,

http://www.ajph.org/cgi/content/abstract/97/5/941]

Cal State Psychology Professor Martin Fiebert has assembled a bibliography of 175 scholarly investigations: 139 empirical studies and 36 reviews and/or analyses, which demonstrate that women are as physically aggressive, or more aggressive, than men in their relationships with their spouses or male partners.

http://www.csulb.edu/~mfiebert/assault.htm

"These incidents of domestic violence, all taken from criminal complaints,"

Men are far less likely to report DV incidents than women.

According to the National Family Violence Survey, females of DV are nine times more likely to call the police than male DV victims. These are the percentages of who called the police in response to the alleged assault:

Women: 8.5%

Men: 0.9%

[Source: JE Stets and MA Straus: Gender differences in reporting marital violence and its medical and psychological consequences. In Straus and Gelles (editors): Physical violence in American families, 1990, Table 15.]

HO's CALL SLAVE PATROL 9 TIMES MORE THAN HER SLAVEs IN 2016. 6.5 TIMES MORE IN 2017.

BUT REGARDLESS WHO CALLS, JOHN SLAVE IS THE ONE ARRESTED 96% OF THE TIME....

Over 2 000 men reported domestic violence cases 2018

https://www.newzimbabwe.com/over-2-000-men-reported-domestic-violence-cases-2018/

In 2016 about 1 993 male reported being abused compared to 17 673 women. In 2017 the figure jumped to showing that at least 2 461 men made police reports against 16 067 women who did the same.

Only 4% of the domestic violence and sexual assault incidences took place in rural areas.

Research reveals:

Females that murder are done against their family members 60% of the time, while males murder family only 20% of the time . Women use weapons more often in assaults than do men (~80% for women; ~25% for men) And history of the females that murder have traditionally been under reported, and under punished.

Yet in North Dakota it is being reported that there are more women deaths from domestic violence than men's deaths (by 1 more woman than man per year). At the same time it is being reported that women account for 94% of the victims.

This does not make any sense. Why? If women are 3 times more likely to murder a family member than men, how can women be victims of domestic violence 94% of the time? Further, in N.D. there is only one more female death per year from Domestic Violence than men but, men are reported as the offenders most often.

It is quite obvious from the combination of research data that in some of the reported cases women were the actual initial attacker using a weapon, and the man acting in self defense was forced to kill the woman. Law enforcement arrests the man, and reports the crime as the woman as the victim and man is reported as the murderer of the woman. The courts wrongfully convicts the man.

By merely examining how non-fatal domestic violence is handled by law enforcement, and the courts it is clear that bias exists favoring the female. This explains why females who murder family 60% and men only 20%, and the reports claiming female as victim 94%, but actual number of deaths between the genders are nearly equal in N.D.

And why is so much hysteria over 2-1/2 DV deaths per year from firearms in N.D. when many other causes of death far out number firearms and domestic violence combined? My theory is that Domestic Violence is being misused as the cloak to hide the real reasons. One being gun control which forces an individual convicted of domestic violence to be banned from firearms. Secondly, domestic violence is misused to sucker more free money from government grants and private donations to fund another social program. More reasons can be added.

In conclusion, alot of crime, and fraud is occurring within the domestic violence industry, and much of it being done by the legal system itself. And many Innocent citizens are sitting behind bars, or living with criminal records because of this criminal deception.

The present policies of Law and Government will only exasberate the problem. Merely falsely distorting the truth, and covering up the real problem will not help true victims. It may make it worse. Education for both males and females to learn how to cope with the relationship will have more lasting benefits than the present policy of punishment, and one sided blame. Punishing the Innocent, and rewarding the Guilty is Perversion of Justice.

A new analysis of mortality rates in the United States during different times of the year has found that people are more likely to die during the holidays – namely on Christmas Day and New Year’s Day....

A group of sociologists analyzed all the official death certificates during a 25-year period in the U.S. between 1979 and 2004, and conducted that there has been an excess of 42,325 natural deaths in the two weeks around the Christmas holiday period. Decorating Statistics:

In 2004-2008, an estimated 1,170 home fires per year began with decorations, excluding Christmas trees. These fires caused an annual average of 8 deaths, 54 injuries, and $19.1 million in property damage.

Christmas tree and holiday decoration fires result in twice the injuries and 5 times more fatalities per fire than the average winter holiday fire.

On average, 260 home fires begin with Christmas trees each year, resulting in 12 deaths, 24 injuries and $16.4 million in property damage.

An additional 150 home fires per year begin with holiday lights and other decorative lighting, causing another 8 deaths, 16 injuries, and $8.9 million in property damage each year.

Candles started 45% of home decoration fires.

December is the peak time of year for candle fires.

Christmas, Christmas Eve, and New Year’s Day are the top 3 days of the year for candle fires.

Roughly 5,800 people per year were treated in hospital emergency rooms for falls associated with holiday decorations. More than half of these injuries were caused by falls from ladders or roofs while decorating outdoors.

CPSC estimates that each year, about 4,000 injuries associated with electric extension cords are treated in hospital emergency rooms. 50% of these injuries involve fractures, lacerations, contusions, or sprains from people tripping over extension cords. 13% of these injuries involve children less than five years of age; electrical burns to the mouth accounted for 50% of the injuries to young children.

A 1997 Department of Justice study found that only 8 percent of violence-related injuries were reported during December, while a 2007 study by the National Center for Health Statistics found that there were fewer reported homicides on Christmas day than on most days in December. In addition, researchers at the National Domestic Violence Hotline say that there was a drastic decrease in call volume on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day during the years 2004-10. Statistics compiled by the Pennsylvania Coalition Against Domestic Violence, of which Domestic Violence Service Center is a member, also indicate that December is typically a less violent period.... Mayor de Blasio and his wife, Chirlane McCray, released the numbers as part of an announcement that the city would invest nearly $7 million in response.

2016 NYC: 59 DV deaths per 8,537,673 population = 7 DV deaths per 1 Million people

2016 ND: Avg. 6 DV deaths per 757,952 population = 8 DV deaths per 1 Million people (average)

So NYC has less DV deaths per capita than North Dakota.

But, do you notice how the Govt, Law, and DV industry misleads, deceives, frauds, hypes up any petty data including their own falsified data

The increase of DV death is caused by the cities population increase, not by an increase in DV.

The fuel for the falsified DV reports is the Free Money dished out. Government subsidizes problems it does not solve them. SO more false, petty, and frivalous reports equals more government handouts.

Compare the DV deaths with all other causes of death, and you see that DV is among the lowest cause of death.

Current Estimates of New York City's Population for July 2016

http://www1.nyc.gov/site/planning/data-maps/nyc-population/current-future-populations.page

The U.S. Census Bureau has estimated New York City’s population at 8,537,673, as of July 2016. This represented an increase of 362,500 residents (or 4.4 percent) over the April 2010 decennial census count of 8,175,133. The city has not witnessed such a robust pace of growth in over a half-century. Population growth has been fueled by the continued surplus of births over deaths, partly due to record high life expectancy, which has been partly offset by net outflows from the city.

Each of the city’s five boroughs registered gains in population. The Bronx saw the largest increase, up 5.1 percent, followed by Brooklyn (5.0 percent), Queens (4.6 percent), and Manhattan (3.6 percent); Staten Island showed the smallest gain (1.6 percent) over the 75-month period. The increase for the Bronx brings it close to its historical high,

As the claims pour in from Women reporting their epidemic of being holocausted by their man, Law Enforcement are also cashing in on the false claims that they too are being holocausted when responding to DV calls.

The following report looks at the holocaust claims from LE Officers.

Note the domestic holocaust only claimed 4 officer deaths per year average over a 5 year study. Despite law enforcement lies, false reports, and hype that it is such a threat to them. Facts reveal cops are a bigger threat to themselves than from the Bad Guys. Traffic crashes, and personal illness causes majority of police deaths.

Further lies that police are being gunned down is also another police fabrication. Over the 5 year span only 26 officers per year died from gunfire, and only 3 were domestic related. Compare that to 1,160 citizens killed by police each year average.

Also note that Domestic is the least cause of death for officers, and firearm deaths used in DV is also least for officers despite the lies that both are greatest posing the biggest threat to law enforcement. Proof of police lies.

5 year study finds that too many donuts, and distracted driving responsible for majority of police fatalities.

Many “Violent Offenders” Have Committed Nonviolent Crimes

https://www.themarshallproject.org/2019/04/03/when-violent-offenders-commit-nonviolent-crimes

Yet in reality, many of the “violent offenders” in U.S. prisons are there for crimes that not everyone would classify as violent.... you can get charged and convicted as a violent criminal in more than a dozen states if you enter a dwelling that’s not yours. That might seem like a property crime, but it’s often deemed a violent one: burglary.

Similarly, purse snatching is considered a “violent” offense in several states. So are the manufacture of methamphetamines and theft of drugs.... In Kentucky, committing “Possession of Anhydrous Ammonia in an Unapproved Container with Intent to Manufacture Methamphetamine” a second time puts you in a “violent” category under the law—and you’ll face 20 to 50 years in prison. In Minnesota, aiding an attempted suicide is listed as violent, as is marijuana possession (depending on the amount). In North Carolina, trafficking a stolen identity and selling drugs within 1,000 feet of a school or playground are both violent crimes, according to the state’s “habitual violent offender” statute. And in New York, it’s deemed a violent felony to simply possess a loaded gun illegally—with “loaded” defined as simply being in possession of bullets. These crimes differ from ones like accidental vehicular homicide or “felony murder,” in which the perpetrator never intended to hurt or kill someone but still did, or participated in doing so....

Moreover, prosecutors often "up-charge," too—for example, they may charge the act of getting into a bar fight as “assault with intent to kill,” or say that holding someone up with a squirt gun is armed robbery.... “Burglary just means entering a structure with the ‘intent’ to commit some kind of crime therein—even if you step right back out and nothing else happens,” he said. “It’s just going inside; anything you do additionally, like robbery, would be charged as an additional offense.”... only about 3 percent of the millions of burglaries that take place every year involve any actual violence against a human being....

https://www.latimes.com/world-nation/story/2020-06-25/nonwhites-majority-among-youngest-residents-census

For the first time, nonwhites and Hispanics were a majority of people under age 16 in 2019, an expected demographic shift that will grow over the coming decades, according to figures released by the U.S. Census Bureau on Thursday...At the same time, the number of non-Hispanic whites in the U.S. has gotten smaller in the last decade as deaths surpassed births in this aging demographic, according to the Census Bureau population estimates. ... “It’s aging. Of course, we didn’t have a lot of immigration — that has gone down,” Frey said. “White fertility has gone down.”

In fact, the decrease in births among the white population has led to a dip in the overall number of people under age 18 in the last decade, a drop exacerbated by the fact that the much larger millennial cohort has aged out of that group, replaced by a smaller Generation Z.... Over the last decade, Asians had the biggest growth rate of any demographic group, increasing by almost 30%. Almost two-thirds of that growth was driven by international migration. The Hispanic population grew by 20% since 2010, with almost three-quarters of that growth coming from a natural increase that comes when more people are born than die. The Black population grew by almost 12% over the decade, and the white population increased by 4.3%....

Currently, Boston ranks in the bottom five cities statewide, with just 53 percent of residents filling out the form online, by phone, or by mail so far. Lawrence and Chelsea are faring even worse, with fewer than 50 percent of the population having filled out the form. In contrast, nearby wealthier and whiter municipalities such as Newton and Melrose have response rates above 76 percent. Overall the state has a 64 percent response rate, a few points higher than the national rate....The census is used to calculate federal funding and determine representation in Congress; for Massachusetts, roughly $16 billion is on the line....The Trump administration’s failed effort to add a citizenship question sent terror through immigrant communities already wary of sharing information with authorities. ...

“Historically, looking at the trends, we tend to be undercounted,” said Sebastian Zapata, a senior analyst and census liaison for the City of Boston. In past years, Boston had among the lowest census return rate in the country, according to the secretary of state’s office, and ranked as the ninth hardest-to-count city among the largest 100 US cities. ...Boston entered the season aiming to “hit and surpass” 64 percent, the final self-response rate from 2010, Zapata said. Residents did not respond to a multitude of questions about sex, race, Hispanic background, family relationships, and age, even when providing a count of the number of people living in the home, according to documents released by the agency. Statisticians had to fill in the gaps. ... Reflecting an early stage in the number crunching, the documents show that 10 percent to 20 percent of questions were not answered in the 2020 census ... The information is important because data with demographic details will be used for drawing congressional and legislative districts. That data, which the Census Bureau will release Thursday, also is used to distribute $1.5 trillion in federal spending each year. ... Confusion over some questions, including traditional uncertainty among Hispanics about how to answer the race question, may have been a factor, but some experts hint at a more sinister possibility. They say the Trump administration’s attempt to end the count early and failed efforts to put a citizenship question on the form and exclude people who were in the US illegally had a chilling effect. ... The Republican advocacy group sued the Census Bureau for information about how the count was conducted in dorms, prisons, nursing homes, and other places where people live in groups. ...

Justice Department is increasing attacks on affirmative action in college admissions

https://www.bostonglobe.com/2020/08/23/metro/justice-department-is-increasing-attacks-affirmative-action-college-admissions

The Justice Department accused Yale of discriminating in its undergraduate admissions process by favoring Black and Latino applications at the expense of Asian Americans and whites. The findings followed a two-year investigation launched by the agency after complaints from Asian American groups.

Under current law, colleges and universities can use race as a factor, but not the determining one, in admissions. According to its letter to Yale, the Justice Department said the university used race at multiple junctures in the admissions process. As a result, Asian Americans and whites have only one-tenth to one-fourth the likelihood of admission to Yale as Black applicants with similar academic credentials, the Justice Department alleges....

Yale president Peter Salovey has called the allegations baseless and accused the agency of trying to impose a new standard that is inconsistent with the law. “Yale College will not change its admissions process,” Salovey said in a message to the Yale community.

Yale received almost 37,000 applications for admissions last year and enrolls slightly more than 1,550 freshmen. Last year, about 12 percent of the freshmen class were Black, 15 percent were Hispanic, 26 percent were Asian American, and 49 percent were white. Students can list more than one ethnicity....

But by far the most interesting characteristic common to the insurrectionists’ backgrounds has to do with changes in their local demographics: Counties with the most significant declines in the non-Hispanic White population are the most likely to produce insurrectionists who now face charges.... When compared with almost 2,900 other counties in the United States, our analysis of the 250 counties where those charged or arrested live reveals that the counties that had the greatest decline in White population had an 18 percent chance of sending an insurrectionist to D.C., while the counties that saw the least decline in the White population had only a 3 percent chance.... Put another way, the people alleged by authorities to have taken the law into their hands on Jan. 6 typically hail from places where non-White populations are growing fastest....

Multiracial Boom Reflects US Racial, Ethnic Complexity

https://www.usnews.com/news/politics/articles/2021-08-13/multiracial-boom-reflects-us-racial-ethnic-complexity

Growth in the number of people who identified as multiracial on 2020 census responses soared over the last decade, rising from under 3% to more than 10% of the U.S. population from 2010 and 2020..... For the 2010 Census, René D. Flores, a Mexican American college professor, marked his race as “white." Since then, a genealogy test revealed he has 43% Native American ancestry. He is among millions more people who now identify as having two or more races, or being multiracial....

In an age of easily accessible DNA testing kits, the growth reflects a deepening of the way Americans think about themselves when it comes to racial identity... 2020 results should be regarded with some caution considering the hurdles the Census Bureau faced in getting responses and a history of undercounts in communities of color.... According to 2020 census data the Census Bureau, the number of people who identify as multiracial went from 9 million in 2010 to 33.8 million in 2020...

One-drop rule

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/One-drop_rule

The one-drop rule is a legal principle of racial classification that was prominent in the 20th-century United States. It asserted that any person with even one ancestor of black ancestry ("one drop" of "black blood") is considered black (Negro or colored in historical terms).... Before the American Civil War, free individuals of mixed race (free people of color) were considered legally white if they had less than either one-eighth or one-quarter African ancestry (depending on the state).... The one-drop rule was not formally codified as law until the 20th century, from 1910 in Tennessee to 1930 as one of Virginia's "racial integrity laws", with similar laws in several other states in between....

"Two races as materially divergent as the White and Negro, in morals, mental powers, and cultural fitness, cannot live in close contact without injury to the higher." --Walter Ashby Plecker, American physician and public health advocate Registrar of Statistics.

The specialists on Gates' program summarized the make-up of the United States population by the following:

58 percent of African Americans have at least 12.5% European ancestry (equivalent of one great-grandparent);

19.6 percent of African Americans have at least 25% European ancestry (equivalent of one grandparent);

1 percent of African Americans have at least 50% European ancestry (equivalent of one parent); and

5 percent of African Americans have at least 12.5% Native American ancestry (equivalent to one great-grandparent).

In 2002, Mark D. Shriver, a molecular anthropologist at Penn State University, published results of a study regarding the racial admixture of Americans who identified as white or black: Shriver surveyed a 3,000-person sample from 25 locations in the United States and tested subjects for autosomal genetic make-up:

Of those persons who identified as white:

Individuals had an average 0.7% black ancestry, which is the equivalent of having 1 black and 127 white ancestors among one's 128 5×great-grandparents.

Shriver estimates that 70% of white Americans have no African ancestors (in part because a high proportion of current whites are descended from more recent immigrants from Europe of the late 19th and early 20th centuries, rather than those early migrants to the colonies, who in some areas lived and worked closely with Africans, free, indentured or slave, and formed relations with them).

Among the 30% of identified whites who have African ancestry, Shriver estimates their black racial admixture is 2.3%; the equivalent of having had three black ancestors among their 128 5×great-grandparents.

Among those who identified as black:

The average proportion of white ancestry was 18%, the equivalent of having 22 white ancestors among their 128 5×great-grandparents.

About 10% have more than 50% white ancestry.

Black people in the United States are more racially mixed than white people.

The Ultimate White Fragility

https://newrepublic.com/article/158586/ultimate-white-fragility

The Public Religion Research Institute has periodically posed this question: “Today discrimination against whites has become as big a problem as discrimination against blacks and other minorities (do you completely agree, mostly agree, mostly disagree, or completely disagree?).” In the most recent published survey, in September 2019, 17 percent agreed completely, 25 percent mostly agreed, 26 percent mostly disagreed, and 32 percent completely disagreed. In their commentary, PRRI researchers said:

Approximately two-thirds of Republicans agree both that discrimination against whites has become as much of a problem as discrimination against blacks (69%) and that immigrants are invading the country and changing American culture (63%). Independents (43% and 31%) and Democrats (21% and 20%) are much less likely to agree with either of these statements.

More than three-quarters of Republicans who rely on Fox News as their primary news source agree that whites face discrimination similar to black racism (77%) and that immigrants are invading the country (78%), compared to smaller majorities of Republicans who do not say Fox News is their primary news source (63% and 52%).

Nearly half of whites (49%), compared to only 23% of black Americans and 30% of Hispanic Americans, think so-called reverse discrimination is a big problem.… A majority of whites without college degrees (57%), compared to just over one-third (36%) of whites with college degrees, agree that discrimination against whites is as big a problem as discrimination against blacks.

Americans ages 65 and older are more likely than younger Americans ages 18–29 to agree that discrimination against whites is as big a problem as discrimination against black Americans and other minorities (46% vs. 34%)....

ALL JOHN SLAVES RAPE HOS AS LONG AS MASTA HO SAY HE DID IT, AND EVEN WHEN SHE DONT. CASE SOLVED. EXCEPTIONALLY CLEARED PROVES JOHN SLAVE RAPED MASTA HO....

Sheriff’s officials in Pinellas County, Florida, have found an easy way to clear rape cases.

They declare them so, even when they aren’t, to pad their statistics.

How the Pinellas Sheriff’s Office boosts its rape stats without solving cases

https://www.tampabay.com/florida-politics/buzz/2020/01/05/how-the-pinellas-sheriffs-office-boosts-its-rape-stats-without-solving-cases/

It took three months for Alicia to feel ready to tell sheriff’s deputies that she had been raped by an acquaintance. It took eight days for Pinellas investigators to close her case.

They didn’t interview the suspect. They didn’t arrest him. Instead, they put Alicia’s case in an obscure statistical category that made it appear to have been solved. The designation, called “exceptionally cleared,” is supposed to be used sparingly in circumstances where police departments have enough evidence to arrest someone but can’t for reasons out of their control. The Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office has used it to close some cases where it hadn’t identified a suspect, assigned a detective or even confirmed that a crime had occurred, a Tampa Bay Times investigation has found. The Times examined files detailing more than 80 rape cases that were exceptionally cleared by the agency from 2014 through 2018. It found dozens of cases that had not been investigated enough to be put in that category.... Pinellas is not alone in routinely using the “exceptional” category for rapes. A Times analysis found that from 2014 through 2018, a third of Florida’s largest law enforcement agencies closed more rape cases by exceptional clearance than by arrest, including the sheriff’s offices in Hillsborough and Pinellas. But the Times examination shows Pinellas to be a stark example of how departments can fail to solve rape cases yet get credit anyway.... He said that some of the cases his agency classified as exceptionally cleared would not even have been reported as rapes by other agencies in the Tampa Bay area. “At least our data shows the crime, even if it overreported the closure for some cases,” Gualtieri said.... Gualtieri added that some people who report being raped may not cooperate because they are lying. He described sex workers shaking down clients for money and spouses trying to cover up consensual affairs. “Some of these victims … they’re doing it for their own vindictive reasons,” Gualtieri said. “We get those. Every victim is not a true victim.”... In Florida, more than 7,000 people report rapes or attempted rapes every year.... Gualtieri explained that a clearance is “where the case is closed, it’s solved.”

But when asked to clarify, Gualtieri told the Times last week that cleared and solved were “very different” and that his agency has never characterized an exceptional closure as “solving” a case. Lovell, the Case Western Reserve University researcher, said confusion arises because “people think cleared means solved or at least resulted in a suspect being charged.”... In Pinellas, more than a quarter of the exceptionally cleared rape cases reviewed by the Times were closed before a suspect was identified. When a suspect was named in the file, they were interviewed only about a third of the time.... Gualtieri said he’s not worried about serial rapists going free because most of the cases his agency sees relate to a question of consent rather than an act of violence....

Trump campaign blasts media for 'massively dishonest' claim POTUS called coronavirus a 'hoax'

https://www.foxnews.com/media/trump-campaign-media-coronavirus-hoax

The Trump campaign is denouncing media coverage of the president's Thursday rally, arguing that they falsely accused him of calling the coronavirus a "hoax."

A long list of major media outlets and figures made that claim. "Trump rallies his base to treat coronavirus as a hoax," a Politico headline read. Another from NBC read: "Trump calls coronavirus Democrats' 'new hoax.'" Similar headlines appeared in The Guardian, Talking Points Memo and in a video for NBC's "Today."

"This is massively dishonest," tweeted Tim Murtaugh, director of communications for Trump's campaign. He was responding to a tweet claiming a local outlet said Trump called the virus a "hoax." The tweet from the outlet has since been deleted.

https://www.washingtonpost.com/politics/2020/03/27/those-covid-19-death-toll-figures-are-incomplete/

The figure for the United States crossed 1,000 deaths on March 25...

The daily tracking number for covid-19 is substantially below the real figure of deaths that can be attributed to the coronavirus. It represents only the bare minimum — confirmed deaths reported by hospitals, medical providers and state health authorities as caused by covid-19. The actual number is substantially higher...Here’s an explanation.

The Facts:... We know that if you just look at laboratory-confirmed deaths, it is an undercount... many deaths are triggered by the flu but occur later, via secondary bacterial infection or exacerbation of underlying chronic diseases, even as flu symptoms may have disappeared. So a death might be recorded as a heart attack, not as having been caused by the flu, even though the flu led to the cardiac arrest.... In other words, the official lab count in the United States missed 6 in 7 deaths... the World Health Organization laboratory-confirmed count missed 9 in 10 deaths.. many deaths that stem from covid-19 are not being recorded as such. Doctors and nurses have told BuzzFeed News that deaths are not being correctly reported, in part because overwhelmed hospitals and a shortage of tests meant people died before it was determined whether they had contracted the virus.... Italy’s leading newspapers, the mayor of the northern Italian town of Nembro reported that even though 31 people are recorded as having died of covid-19 from January to March, 158 people are listed as dead in the town — 123 more than the average. “The difference is enormous and cannot be a simple statistical deviation,” wrote Claudio Cancelli, suggesting that the actual death toll was four times higher....

These numbers exclude the estimated 30,000 to 50,000 who reportedly evade capture every month....
