Dear Fellow Retiree,
The Retiree Club Steering Council hopes this letter finds everyone well. If you have been visiting the ITBRC website, you’ve noticed how much it has improved. The Council, especially Harry Schaffhauser, has
been hard at work making the website more user-friendly and informative. We post upcoming events including seminars, volunteer opportunities, discounts offered by the IBM Club, and more! There’s even a “discussion group” section where you can post comments, questions, etc. For example, if you are involved in a non-profit fundraiser, you could post a need for volunteers. Take a few minutes and check it out at www.itbrc.org.
The Club sponsored an Income Tax Seminar on February 25 which was very well received by over 30 attendees. We plan for the Income Tax Seminar to be one of our annual seminars.

l Community Retiree/Active Employee’s Spring Golf Outing - June 5
Events planned for later this year include a Fall Golf Outing and the annual Financial and Medical Benefits Seminars..
Retirees continue to participate with active IBMers in volunteering their services in the community. Please check the website for upcoming volunteer opportunities.
If you have a change to your address, phone number, etc., you can make the appropriate changes via the website.
If you know of any IBM retirees in Florida who would like to start receiving Retiree Club mailings, please encourage them to register on the website or contact Mary Ann McCoy at 813-961-4739.
As a reminder, retirees have access to discounts for MOSI, movies, theme parks, etc., which are posted
on the Florida IBM Club website at: www.ibm.com/ibm/ibmclub. There is a link to the Retiree Club in
