Dear Fellow Retiree,
Happy New Year! This year brings a couple of changes … the ITBRC has new officers and a new website! Thanks to Hari Arora for his excellent leadership as our 2008 President. Hari is serving as Vice President for 2009.
The website has a new look including a discussion group feature! Please take a few minutes to check it out at www.itbrc.org. and give us your feedback.
Since our last mailing in August, the Club has had several successful events:
l Golf Outing at the Bloomingdale Golfer's Club in October
l Financial Planning Panel in October
l Medicare and IBM Medical Benefits Seminars in November
l Participation in volunteer opportunities with the IBM Employee Volunteer Council
Following are some of the events planned for this year. Double-sided flyers are enclosed for the first two events and are also available on the new website:

l Community Retiree/Active Employee’s Spring Golf Outing - June 5

If you know of any IBM retirees in Florida who would like to start receiving Retiree Club mailings, they can register by using the new website or by contacting us by email or phone.
As a reminder, retirees have access to discounts for movies, theme parks, etc., which are posted on the Florida IBM Club website at: www.ibm.com/ibm/ibmclub.
