Clouds represent the 144,000. The small dark cloud, half the size of a man's hand is divine and human effort combined. This small dark cloud started in the eastern skies in Dorchester, Massachusetts (in the East!!!!) at the home of Elder Otis Nichols when Ellen White had a vision that her husband was to WRITE a paper about the Sabbath - that it would GROW until it filled the WHOLE EARTH.....this is the ROCK that smites the image of the beast in Daniel 2! The dark cloud represents rain, filled with the latter rain - PRESENT TRUTH, the articles that James White wrote here.

Will Adventists be hiding from nominal Adventists, just like the disciples were hiding from fear of the apostate Jews? Read and decide for yourselves:
"I saw the nominal church and nominal Adventists, like Judas, would betray us to the Catholics to obtain their influence to come against the truth. The saints then will be an obscure [hidden] people, little known to the Catholics; but the churches and nominal Adventists who know of our faith and customs (for they hate us on account of the Sabbath, for they could not refute it) will betray the saints and report them to the Catholics as those who disregard the institutions of the people; that is, that they keep the Sabbath and disregard Sunday.
Then the Catholics bid the Protestants to go forward, and issue a decree that all who will not observe the first day of the week, instead of the seventh day, shall be slain. And the Catholics, whose numbers are large, will stand by the Protestants. The Catholics will give their power to the image of the beast. And the Protestants will work as their mother worked before them to destroy the saints. But before their decree bring or bear fruit, the saints will be delivered by the Voice of God. Then I saw that Jesus' work in the sanctuary will soon be finished. We all entered the cloud together, and were seven days ascending to the sea of glass.--EW 16 (1851).

"TO BE CAUGHT UP IN THE AIR" at the Lord's Coming does not mean a natural Air, the definition of this word AIR in this particular PHRASE means, SPIRIT!!!!
To meet the LORD in the SPIRIT is the only way we will be able to meet him! For if we don't have the HOLY GHOST, the Spirit of Christ Romans 8:9; on that great day of his WRATH, we will be BURNED UP!
Romans 8:11 (KJV) But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you.

THIS GATHERING IS THAT (CAUGHT UP) PHRASE'S meaning!! We will be gathered together unto Jesus Christ!
WHERE WILL (JESUS CHRIST BE)? For us to be gathered together unto him? Here's the ANSWER!

JESUS' BODY IS REPRESENTED AS THE (CARCASS); and WE are represented as the EAGLES! What's the EAGLE'S going to do? The will be GATHERED together unto JESUS CHRIST body!!!!!! And his BODY, the Bride of Christ, the 144,000 will be on the EARTH! UNTIL HE COMES THE 2nd time and EVERY EYE shall see Him that sitteth upon the Throne. His feet will not touch the ground 1 Thes 4:16-17 = caught up in the air.
HERE'S THE EAGLES in this next verse and notice there not going to FLY but RUN!
Isaiah 40:31 (KJV) But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.

THIS VERSE SHOWS US OUR (STRENGTH) that we will have on that DAY!!!!
We will COME THROUGH THE FIRE; for we will be CHANGED IN A MOMENT AND TWINKLING OF AN EYE AT THE LAST TRUMP!!!
