How to Find Healthy Recipes
#1 Discard ALL unwholesome recipes.
One tip on things to avoid: If food has to go through the car window, it definitely shouldn't be in your body.
I like to search on Pinterest.com or a search engine like Google or Bing for "raw vegan recipes". You can add breakfast, lunch or dinner in the search to narrow results.
If a recipe calls for something that is an acid forming food (see acid forming food list here)- make a lateral switch to an alternative for that food item or leave it out of the recipe!
Click here for a list of food items that are bad for you and ideas for what to use in place of them.
Example: Instead of using refined white table salt that has 1/3 salt, 1/3 sand, and 1/3 glass in it: switch to pink salt with 84 minerals in it.
