Evaluation of Self, Students, and Teaching

I talk to my supervising teachers all the time to see what I need to work on or what I did well. They are very helpful with giving me ideas of how to improve or what they sometimes do in that situation. I drafted an evaluation form that I had my students fill out about how I was doing as their teacher. I was very surprised with some of their suggestions. I even was able to incorporate some of their ideas for classroom activities into lessons after the evaluation.

I had a student have a seizure in my classroom and I froze up. I had a child in the

past drown while having a seizure when i was life guarding. it brought back bad

memories. In the classroom I was still able to get help and it turned out okay. I

just feel I need to work on getting over the past.
