Stage 1--SOAK---room temp
----Prep water---DopHTest>-use vinegar to make more acidic>pH=6 +let sit/o in bucket 24hrs to de-chlorinate-
----Soak Sprouts--start seeds in EasySprouter or jar w/ strainer-Let soak 12-24hrs>>rinse 1-3x depending on crop--enough to mostly cover soil---1/2c dry seed for 10x10 tray>>>1lb wheatgrass=4oz juice-------1c seed>10x20 tray=2lb
Stage 2--GERMINATE---in dark--in 70-80F--
----Prep Dirt in Tray--dark, rich garden/planting soil--1/2 way up in tray----I use Gardner+Bloome w/ micro-rizae from PortlantAveNursery>>press it down w/ a tray
----Plant--enough to mostly cover tray--cover w/ paper towel + cover w/ tray to keep from dry out
----Water---2/day----soak it w/ pH Balanced water----from rain can or gentle spray till starts to run out bottom--don't let top dry out+no standing water at bottom
----When to move--when sprouts start to push up the towel+
Stage 3--GROWING----
----Move to Light---up close to light--put tray under it to raise it up
----Water w/ Fert water---currently using Mother earth w/ compost tea & worm castings etc in w/ water
Harvest--when it starts to split off another leaf
