Agenda Items
please use this format: "#. title - short description [name]"
Vote in new members - Member trainees must be present to be voted in. [ Training Collective ]
Reformat the front and back of the green sheet - Front would include the four questions and we would review them at the door. Rearrange the butt holes and penis to the left bottom and move the A and P under the S and O with a signature block on the bottom for the MC to sign. [Dave G]
Annual Assessment - We need to review and rewrite(if necessary)our protocols on an annual basis and vote on their implementation. [Dave G]
Questions at the Door - reassess our need for the 4 questions at the door altogether. Potentially shift the assignment of tickets to clients by reviewing their symptoms and chief complaint indicated on the front side of the green chart. [Huan D / Dave G]
Ticket colors - White and Blue tickets came from the time when certain medics had limited training and were only permitted to see "routine screens". At this point in time, we no longer have the different tiers of medic-training levels. We also know that white tickets sometimes become "blue tickets" in the room. Going to one color for the drop in gmhc appointments may simplify ordering in the ER for us as well as the clients. Pink and green ticket functions remain the same. [Huan D]
Double shifts - A few GMHCers work in different sections and may work in both on the same night. This may be an issue most especially for 2nd test readers who are on shift, as they may inadvertently link people's information from the anonymous test reading to the information they see as a GMHC volunteer. How does this affect our work with Phleb & HPS? Is there anything we can do to minimize potential problems? [Yves]
feel free to add more numbers....
Last item - determine date and location [if possible] of next quarterly meeting. [Huan] ---bring your calendars! =)
