  4. In-person service updates/discussion (to allow non-member volunteers? add religious/philosophical exemptions for vaccine requirements?) - Coords 

  5. Reduce quorum requirement from 9 to 5 until resume in-person service in full capacity, or 12/31/2021, whichever is earlier. 

  6. COVID vaccine exemption proposal: member volunteers can request an exemption in writing, which will be evaluated and voted by a quorum. 

  7. To build morale and show appreciation, we will use GMHC's discretionary fund to provide food and beverages (non-alcoholic) for members who come in for limited in-person shifts during the COVID-19 pandemic, up to $50 per shift or $1000 total, until we resume in-person service in full capacity, or 12/31/2021, whichever is earlier.
