QA Protocol (addendum): Minimum charting standards to include medication name, strength, directions, quantity, lot, and expiration.
Yelp Review: GMHC will not respond to Yelp review. Present draft of response to ACCM if ACCM decides to respond.
QA Protocol: GMHC adopts new QA protocols and will solicit input from MC's:
Minimum charting standards:
gender and number of partners
type of sex including: insertive and receptive, vaginal, anal, oral, unprotected or protected
Justification of tests implemented, if the tests don't match up with our current protocols - the justification would include timeline and epitreatment
objective should address anything listed in subjective
objective should have significant negatives listed instead of "normal". significant negatives, e.g. “no swelling, no rashes”.
When an assessment is made by the MC, write “per MC”.
Assessment and plan should be justified by the subjective and objective.
Coordinator Protocol: Coord meetings will be open by default and should be announced 2 weeks in advance with the agenda made public. Coordinators may choose to close a meeting by a majority vote. For closed or impromptu meetings, a reason must be given.
Steamworks: GMHC supports a second monthly Steamworks shift. A group will work out logistics and present their recommendation at a post-shift. Post-shift is empowered to decide the matter.
Shift Coordinator Protocol: Shift coords must email the section coords (gmhcbfc@gmail.com) saying who was on shift and what they did.
Coordinator/Listserv Protocol: Individuals will be removed from the members list if they leave the clinic or are absent from shift for 6 months. The general GMHC list is not to be cleaned but members are subject to removal based on behavior. Post-shift is authorized to remove people from the general GMHC list.
Code of Conduct: A group is created to work on creating official rules of behavior for working within the clinic and communication on the listservs.
