It’s a BBQ and we need help with the basic ingredients. It would be helpful if you would sign up to

If people have folding chairs they can bring, that might be a good idea as well.

Suggest we continue to give clients a new chart number each year but that we no longer give a new chart number for each new issue during the year. We would keep all the client's visits for the year together. A new issue or diagnosis would be entered in the database as a Visit 1 for statistical purposes even though it were not that client's first visit for the year. [Barry]
