    • Call the client in, collect the Gram stain, put the client back in the queue, and staple a half-sheet to the chart at the door/paperwork that records the medic's name (who took the Gram stain), the time the Gram stain was taken, the time the lab results were ready, and if we're holding the client for a particular medic. Also some boxes for "Waiting for Gram stain and urine results" and "Waiting for _____________". Dave will make the sheet. 1/1/8 (1 present not voting)
